This is not a review of this store it’s a review of PSPA JOHN’S company. This store always makes FANTASTIC pizza, cheese sticks, and deserts, and their service is EXCELLENT! But as you can see by the picture I’ve added there prices have remained the same, but there portion sizes have became much smaller. Which is pretty much the same throughout the restaurant community. When they raised minimum wage prices went up, and portion sizes went down. People say “WELL THEY HAVE TO MAKE UP FOR HIGHER WAGES” which isn’t the case at all because most of the restaurants chain have 100% markup or more. PAPA JOHN’S medium pizza is the same size as a domino or Pizza Hut small. It’s actually cheaper to buy a stand up freezer or flat freezer, and make your own then just freeze it. Better quality, larger portions, cheaper price.

A woman with a tiger tattoo provided me excellent customer service during my pick up order. She took the time to answer my questions about the 6.99 deal about not having a pineapple topping option online. Her & the one other employee were busy and they seem to have a great work balance. They made sure I was satisfied with my order. My food was ready within 10minutes hot & fresh.

If I could give it a 0 star I would. This has to be the worst papa John’s I’ve ever went to. They mess up my order every time and my order today was delivered to me and not only was it the wrong pizza, the pizza was also squished in half when we got it. Went back to the store and not only were the staff unfriendly but it seemed like they don’t even care that they messed up no “sorry” no nothing. I would recommend no one to ever go to this Papa John’s.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas. They didnt bother to spread the sauce and cheese to the edge of the pizzas. Both pizzas had more than 3 inches of dry crust the whole way around. Terrible.

The original order was delayed. I called to check on the order, they explained the lack of delivery drivers. A few mins later they called and gave me a timeline and said they were going to remake the food so it was fresh. It arrived shortly after, the person I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and customer service forward. The delivery driver was also very nice about the situation, explained they had remade the order. Despite a small delay the staff went out of their way to make it a good experience and got fresh food to me and my family in a reasonable time. I feel like this is unfortunately rare to find nowadays. Thank you to the staff, from the manager, to the pizza makers to the overworked delivery driver.

Papa Johns has the best thin crust. It is light and crispy. Full of flavor too. The sauce is perfect, and the amount of toppings is just right. I like the flavor of the sausage. On Valentines Day Papa John’s serves a heart shaped pizza. Just one more reason to love their pizza.

As i arrived for a door dash order i was greeted by an olderr gentleman and i was told my order would be up in about 20 to 30 minutes so i ran to the store next door after a little while i returned and acknowledged by the same gentleman as he was walking out the store for a delivery. After about 5min or so the younger boy with a red hat walked up towards the front so i asked him about how much longer and his words to me were “about minutes geez” with an attitude. My reply was im sorry i was trying to get an eta as i need to update my door dash customer. And he told me i need to learn to be patient and i told him he doesnt have to be so rude when i am just getting a eta on this order. As he got attitude and rolled his eyes he walked to the back and continued his job. I get they are short staffed but the rudeness was unnecessary and was ridiculous. If u cant work with the public DONT!!

My order was correct, arrive quickly and hot. My delivery driver was very friendly and observed all safety precautions. The jalapeno poppers were delicious and I customized a Papadio that was fantastic. Very well priced. Cheaper than the other 2 places I checked first. Highly recommend.

Usual pretty good. this time the pizza was oval not round and had no crust on one end. However it did taste ok but the cheese sauce ratio was way off. Also I paid online and the money was taken out of my account already. When I picked up my pizza they tried to make me sign as receipt using one of the pens in a tin. Why?
