• Steamed Clams: A great way to start. They were fresh, clean, and served in a flavorful broth that practically begs for extra bread. They served with bread and butter on the side.
• Fresh Oysters: Briny and chilled to perfection. You can tell they take their raw bar seriously here.
• Blackened Rock Cod: This was the standout. The Cajun seasoning provided a nice kick without overpowering the delicate flavor of the fish. It was flaky, well-seared, and perfectly cooked.
Overall, the service was attentive and the atmosphere was lively. It’s a great spot to grab a table, enjoy the harbor views specially you can enjoy dining experience while viewing sea lions, and tuck into some quality West Coast seafood.
Service was friendly and fast. We were seated outside and the heater was warm and toasty. Our server was great, came to check on us and if we need anything.
On our second day, Martin made the experience even better with his warm and attentive service, and on the third day William was just as kind and professional. Unfortunately, we can’t say the same about our experience with Ally on the first day, which felt a bit disappointing compared to the following visits.
That said, the food itself is exceptional and absolutely worth returning for.
The cocktails were a little too “perfumy” for our liking. We were expecting more of a rum punch kind of taste.
Lobster was as fresh as can be expected. The fries were a surprise bonus of great outside crispness and tender inside.
Clam chowder was top notch as well!
Appetizer of crispy salmon bites were well worth it! A must get!
The stylish decor was a bit off putting by the “Denny’s”esque salt and pepper shaker. I know I know. Sounds boughie. But it’s worth going through the trouble of keeping a top level asthetic
