I was there at 5:45 this morning. The lady in charge was Perfect. I ordered 4 biscuits and biscuits and gravy. They had it ready in minutes. Forgot to order a drink, and she just gave me a cup. The biscuits were great too.

Okay so yeah, I gave a five star rating for everything and that’s simply because they deserve it. I absolutely love the food there! Trust me when I say their biscuits are phenomenal and they cook everything to Perfection no complaints at all plus if you’re dining in, be expecting a great atmosphere with super friendly service! If you’re getting it to go you won’t wait long so thanks goes out to everybody who works there!! ☺️

I had a Christmas party crisis this morning 12 24 25 and called and an employee answered. I asked about what time they started cooking chicken and she said 930, but she said if you need it before then I can cook it. Her name is Anna and she saved the day. That was so good of her and she went above customer service. Thank you so much Anna, you deserve a day off.

I went an ordered a plain bacon biscuit and a bec biscuit and the lady repeated it after me, went to window she repeats the order and it was wrong. I corrected her and she said ok and told the other lady to take out the SEC biscuit and put a plain bacon biscuit in there, I check my bag and they didn’t give me the plain bacon biscuit they still left the SEC biscuit in there, I pull around to let her know and she snatched the biscuit out my hand and threw it away and said “she didn’t order this she ordered a BEC biscuit” I said ma’am I ordered a plain bacon biscuit along with my BEC and she said ok and closed the window and then comes back with it, I said ty and she just closed the window. Like it’s not my fault you all can’t do your job right. I was definitely not rude to her but she was unpleasant to me.

Bojangles is a fast food chicken restaurant that knows how to do fried chicken right. The food comes in boxes and containers, but everything we tried was well seasoned and cooked right. The Cajun pintos were awesome, the cole slaw was a mix of sweet and vinegary. Unless you specify the tea is sweet, probably a quart of sugar per gallon.

Tried Bojangles for the very 1st time, i had the chicken dogs!! They were excellent, and had a good BBQ sauce on them. Service was OK, the lady behind the counter was extremely loud, and would yell back to the cooks. Other than that it was great.

Stopped Friday night March 1. The cashier was brand new but she had a genuine great attitude and was very friendly. She had questions about my order and the manager as well had a wonderful attitude and took time to get it right. The kitchen staff got my order out quickly. Chicken was fried just right and had a great spicy flavor. I got the regular sandwich and fries. I will definitely stop again in my travels.
