Huge portion sizes, especially considering the price. We liked everything we got. It’s not the best Chinese food ever, but it’s still good.

Please, think of a better name for a Chinese restaurant. Def better than the 3.6 GMaps haters give. I’d say fair market value is about 4.2.
It’s best for takeout, and for feeding large groups 6+. Pricing is awesome, taste is right and it just has that vibe. Mongolian beef is a highlight and you have to do chow mein. Don’t waste your time with sweet and sour chicken, it was pretty disappointing and frankly, I’d skip the chicken. Maybe try the orange chicken? But yes, I’ll be back to BIG Chopsticks.

I stopped here for lunch with my son. We both like Chinese food. What we ordered was made fresh right then, it came steaming hot and tasted very fresh. You order rice separately and that was nice, white or brown. The portions were big, a lot of food for the money. The employees were friendly and made good suggestions. Both my son and I were very satisfied. I highly recommend this Big Chopsticks

This is our to go place. Food is simple, not oily and taste great. Price is pretty comparable. Portions are good as well. Good place if you want a quick and healthy lunch.

The food was so poor tasting that we had a few bites and then we had to toss it. The chicken in the sweet and sour chicken was like rubber. The chow mein had some flavor but was a fraction of the quality of Panda Express. The garlic shrimp did not taste good at all. I’m sorry to write such a poor review but they roped us in with their coupon and we literally just threw 90% of what we ordered in the trash.

I had a slight problem with a takeout order. When I brought it to their attention, they bent over backwards to make everything right. Their food is wonderful. We do takeout at least once a week from Big Chopsticks. The people are so kind and efficient. We will be back again next week for the great food.

My brother-in-law ordered food for our family from here. We had never eaten at this place nor even heard about this place… Let me tell you something: the food was exquisite! Fresh and crisp veggies, soft and tender meat, and all flavorful! This will be our go to place when ordering chinese take out!

The food is good. The service definitely needs work. I ordered ahead for delivery between 11:30 and 11:45. After 12:15 I called and first she said they didn’t have my order, then she said they didn’t look for advance orders. She said it would be here in half an hour. It was, but there was no apology, no attempt to make it right, nothing. If they had sent a free desert or something or at least acted like they were actually sorry I wouldn’t be writing this. The food is good, but from now on I’m not trusting them to just handle it, I’m calling to confirm and calling again when they’re late
