Great experience! Stopped here on my way to my final destination a couple of States away. Always good to see a Starbucks right off of the highway.
When I walked in I was greeted by the staff and I was served right away. It wasn’t very busy, but it was a very efficiently run store. The young man who helped me, skyler, was attentive and helpful.
There’s plenty of space to sit either inside or outside. The store is clean and they have a couple bathrooms, which were also well-maintained. If you’re in the area, give this Starbucks a whirl.

Some days, the drinks are perfectly made — great flavor, correct temperature, and nicely presented. Other times, the same drink tastes completely different — either too sweet, too bitter, or not mixed properly. The milk texture and temperature also vary depending on who prepares it.

This should definitely not be three stars this starbucks is a definite 10 stars, great hospitality, they take their time. They acknowledge you as a customer. They make suggestions in a positive way. Go check it out. Madison is lovely.

The young ladies working her are incredibly unprofessional. When I received my food in the drive thru it looked like it had been dropped on the ground, and they started laughing as they closed the drive thru window in my face. It made me feel as if they knew they gave me garbage product and they thought it would be funny to give it to me anyways. I was going to tell them to go back and remake my order, but I didn’t have faith that they would get it right a second time, since the service is terrible every time I visit. I will drive to Norman for service from now on.

As someone who has worked in training customer service and working as customer service, this is HIGH QUALITY! These ladies are just gems. Very sweet, very welcoming, and they care so much for who comes in. By far some of the absolute best people in this industry. And let me tell you, it’s extremely difficult having to work these social jobs. I’m extremely impressed and pleased. The tables, floors, bathrooms, every surface was cleaned very well. I didn’t even have to wipe off my seat like every other place. These ladies need a raise asap. I studied for about 4 hours here, and is my new favorite place to study up here in Purcell. (I attend school in Norman, so all my favorite places are a far drive). Thank you Starbucks! And thank you to the best workers!!

I ordered Grande Iced Dubai chocolate matcha, instead i got Iced banana bread matcha. I should have checked as well. The server was rude, when i asked if there were any starbucks trash bin; even though it was starbucks cup- she completely ignored . the service was slow even i was the only car in the drive way.

I absolutely love this Starbucks! They are so kind and the customer service is on point! They give back to the community and care which is a giant plus! Shilo makes the best coffee she is always so friendly and makes it perfectly ! Tyler also stands out when I think of perfect customer service!
