Ordered Honey Mustard BBQ Chicken Wrap and they did not include Honey Mustard or BBQ Sauce on this wrap. How do you forget the main ingredients. Very disappointing!!!!!!! Updated Review after contacting store. Called to inquire about order and they did not offer a way to resolve. Apparently ‘New Rule’ with this generation. “the staff is always right”. The gentleman was very rude on phone and hung up on me. Service is by far the worst.

April 16 2024 1203pm. What kind of franchise owner doesn’t know how to properly order the products that are used to make their sandwiches? They have no HAM, TURKEY, NOR ROAST BEEF meat. And allow me to cut you off right there, don’t even think about using the excuse of “we have been busy”. It’s called Being Prepared. If your store is out then the owner should be making sure to get some product from another store. If they are out, then hit up the local Market Basket for some meat. Seriously.

I came in to get a sub and was told after ordering their out of ham so I asked to substitute the ham with roast beef and she says there’s no roast beef either. The manager needs to keep food in stock this is ridiculous. I come here twice a week and they are out of something just went in again 02/09/2026 no turkey now last week no roast beef whoever is running this place needs to be fired they apparently don’t know how to order before running out this isn’t once or twice this is Everytime I go in so I’ve decided after tonight I’m done with this subway location they won’t be in business long if they keep this up so eine needs to learn there job and know when inventory is low to restock prior to running out. This location is horrible!!!!

Food was very good, as should be. However, the waitress (who, I believe, was also the manager of the day) was the absolute worst! She was waiting on an out of town guest and the lady was trying to be nice and make small talk and the worker was totally rude! Did not answer the lady, there her sandwich over and when the lady asked if the foot long could be cut in half and wrapped separately because they were traveling, well, if eyes could kill…. And the attitude was HORRIBLE! THERE is NO excuse for dealing with the public, especially visitors to or town, to be treated that way. Do you really think they will return? I think not… And I would not blame them one bit!!! Then when we were waited on, she asked what u wanted in my sandwich and as I am telling her, she starts talking to someone and then gets upset with me because she didn’t get all that I said. I’m beginning to REALLY hate this place! If I was the owner, that girl would be outta there!!!! The cashier was very sweet and did try to make up for the other one. She could tell we weren’t happy.

Only one person working. Line was backed up. The trays were empty. No jalapeños. No spinach. No onions.
How is he expected to keep up with supply and demand. Clearly the owner is greedy and doesn’t care about his customers

Food was ok. Guy was nice, however the lady cashing out kept scratching herself, and fixing bra strap and handling money and then going back to handling food without washing hands , i used to work at a subway, not proper food handling if you ask me. Especially if we are in a middle of a pandemic.
