We have been going to Feng’s garden for years. The quality and flavor of their food is unmatched with any other local Chinese food. It’s delicious without being too greasy. Our order is always right and they are very quick. This is a family favorite. It’s best to call it in and take it to go. Not a sit down restaurant.

Ordered on a Saturday afternoon and our sesame chicken, ribs, and veggie fried rice did not taste fresh at all. It tasted like it was reheated. Fried donuts and egg rolls were ok, but again not hot and fresh.

We stopped by here recently while traveling through town. Being vegetarians, we ordered the vegetable chow mei fun (thin rice noodles), the Szechuan-style bean curd, vegetable fried rice, and steamed white rice. The entrees were quickly made to order and came out piping hot. All were delicious! The vegetable chow mei fun was the right combination of salty and flavorful, while the Szechuan bean curd was best served over the rice.
Note: the 5-star rating here is based solely on the quality of the food one might expect from a strip mall Chinese takeout restaurant. The decor of the restaurant itself is utilitarian and fairly typical. But if you’re taking the food to go, as most will, then it’s of no matter. 🙂

Save your money and go somewhere else! They will most likely mess your order up and won’t do anything to fix it! Truly unacceptable service was given here! The food that I did receive in my pick up order was either too oily or too dry. Threw most of it out!

The meal was sub par. The rice was OK, but the chicken was hard to chew, stale and over sauced. Furthermore, I found a French fry in my meal…which made me not savor it as much. I do not recommend this place.

Imho, the best Chinese takeout in Dumfries. The quality is always high and they get the orders correct the first time.

I’m disappointed on my first time order the food. I ordered the beef chow mein n they sent me beef vegetable with white rice. That below picture is what I got for beef chow mein I ordered!! It’s seems they don’t know what chow mein is n looks like!! Also They didn’t have much picture in website. I don’t recommend this restaurant.

Just ordered combination egg foo young, combination fried rice, wings, pork and shrimp egg rolls, crab Rangoon. The one star is simply because the crab Rangoon was good. As far as everything else when placing the order we even requested things to be seasoned and the rice was bland completely, wings were bland and soggy, and the egg rolls were salty I’ve never in my life had salty egg rolls until now. The egg foo young was overcooked had some burnt crunchy parts that probably wouldn’t have been bad had that been properly cooked. Complete waste of money and time. Even the delivery was late and this was as soon as the opened today. Will not be ordering from here again unless I only want crab Rangoon. If you want good Chinese food look for other options
