PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE start actually putting extra cheese on the pizza when someone clicks the extra cheese option. Most of the time you can tell when a pizza place TRIES to add a bit of extra cheese, but the cheese at this place is always SOOOOOO THIN that it is ridiculous. It has the appearance of someone who ordered LIGHT cheese. Why put an extra cheese option if it just ends up getting you the least amount? Papa Johns….I order from you all the time and I’m always waiting for the day you’ll actually put extra cheese on my pizza. We’ve been so disappointed.

Pizza was to arrive 9:15 pm by door dash. 9:30 I called the number given for door dash and I didn’t get anyone. I called the store and door dash didn’t pick it up. Guy on phone ( I wish I asked for his name) said it was in the oven and will be done soon. 10pm my husband called and the guy not friendly said the order was void, what did that mean. I called back because I wanted to know if the order was canceled or what. The guy said it is in the oven and we would get the food and a refund. I asked if there were drivers vs door dash. He said they are short handed, bad day or something like that and hung up. I get bad days but sadly when you are in customer service you suck it up butter cup and be professional. If you cannot do this you need to get a new job and one that’s NOT customer service . I spoke to the “manager” twice to get a refund. He said he had to contact another higher manager. Well, a couple weeks have gone by and I have not had a refund. PAPA JOHNS DO YOU NOT PAY ATTENTION TO GOOGLE REVIEWS!!!! HELLO anyone out there!

Ordered at 11:40am on Sunday. Picked up at 12. Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Ate three bites, even tried a different slice to be sure. It just tasted foul. Topping overload. What a waste of money and food. Just a terrible taste, and the amount of toppings made no sense. An avalanche of pepperoni, a gallon of sauce, barely any cheese when I asked for extra, and the crust was paper thin in some spots, even though it was supposed to be original. It was just a mess. We took it back to show the female store manager, and she was extremely rude. Never apologized at all AND she refused to even take the pizza back. She tried to force us to leave the store with it again, but we just walked out without it. She followed us outside with the box in her hand like she was going to fight over it. We just drove off. Super unprofessional and she should lose her job. Obviously she can’t train her employees to make a good pizza, and when someone complains she tries to fight her customers! Ridiculous. You really can’t even just say “Oops sorry!” And throw a box away? Next time I’ll be throwing these hands. But there won’t be a next time because this store sucks and I’m never going again. ✌

Took forever, made my order wrong, and then tried to gaslight me .
I’ve always loved papa John’s to start and I absolutely love their breadsticks. I walked in at about 9:50? only two guys in there, I order my breadsticks and he tells me 10 minutes so I say okay and wait in my car I come out 15 minutes later bc ik it may be a little different sometimes yk? Not done yet, no one is acknowledging the customer at the counter and the woman waiting for her food. They don’t apologize, they don’t say your food is almost ready. 30 minutes later this guy finally brings me breadsticks and by this point I’m pretty annoyed but I’m not confrontational and I don’t like to bother Plp in the food industry bc ik it’s hectic. I open my box in the store and it’s definitely not garlic parm breadsticks, they just squeezed the stuff out on top , didn’t bother spreading it, added a ton of it too and it wasn’t cooked at all on the breadsticks. literally looks like yellow ranch all over them. So I go back inside and ask if they make it different now and he says no and I show him to atrocious food before me and then he proceeds to tell me that’s how garlic parm breadsticks always look. So I’m just flabbergasted and say ok and walk out the door. Very disappointed with the service and food.

Called 3 times before I got to talk to someone . Wow then someone did answer was a woman and she was the most rude of person I ever talked to !! Are you sure you want to order I am only one here !! Which I doubt . Then said we’ll it will be at least 90 minutes!!! After all that didn’t order from there and never will … called LaRosa nice as could be order delivered 30 minutes!!10/6/24 around 230 ?

I order from here a few times a week for my son, he is obsessed with their breadsticks. The staff is always super friendly and the food is excellent. Highly recommend ordering from here, and I love using the app, it’s so convenient. Thanks Lawrenceburg Papa John’s for being awesome.

This place had gone to poo. Use to order every weekend. After the last 3 orders being messed up or missing… no more for me. Also something is up with the pizza dough. Hand tossed pizzas with dough as thick as thin crust??? You call to get it fixed, if you manage to talk to someone you get a credit on your account. If you try and use this credit, for some reason they can’t find it…. They also now have door dash delivering, which has its own issues, they don’t understand no contact delivery. Pizza is particaly folded over on one side of box… just all around bad

We picked up. Had to wsit 10 minutes to have a person take our money. The person tried to charge ten dollars more than the actual price. Asked for a couple of packs of red peppers and got charged .50 extra for those. Two pizzas were only warm.

Quick, consistent order for our household. Only complaint is often we order extra garlic sauce and don’t receive if we do delivery. Carry out is always on time and fast.
