I’m not sure what I expected in a suburban mall that is facing its inevitable slow death. Even with such depressing backdrop, I was hoping for a good snack from an independently owned place. Unfortunately, for $7 a pop, these rolled ice cream had no flavor whatsoever. Making the experience worse was 25-minute wait to make two items. Not because they were short on workers or supplies. But because 4 workers present couldn’t bring themselves beyond working one person at a time. Plus, with earbuds in place, there was no conversation (or complaints) for them to be heard. Instead, they were all busy staring at their phones right in front of customers.
It is sad to see these places mainly because nobody really cares. We are simply waiting for a place like this to be demolished when the mall is bulldozed for a trendy mixed used development.

Small place yes you do have to walk into the nail salon. I had no issue with the food, milk tea, or smoothies. It’s a good price for an abundant menu. Be ready for a wait as it takes them time. I had no ill experience with the nail salon smell.

❗❗Beware, this place is a scam! They upcharge you without telling you. Menu prices are not what they give you. They charged me a large shake when I was never even asked what size I’d like. Please do not support businesses like this. It’s no wonder they have so many bad reviews

Its such a good dessert. To watch it being made was really cool. The ladies were really nice and the key lime pie was so good minus the green sauce that’s added before the ice cream is rolled. There is a bit of a wait so if you’re in a hurry this is not an option for you.

This place is great they have a lot of different types of drink options. We ordered a Mango exotic smoothie and Taro drink, they both tasted great. I will definitely be coming back here again.

I play disc golf right across the street and have started making this place a once a week stop afterwards. I can only speak to the smoothies as I’ve only gotten the immune booster (it’s that good), but I cannot recommend this place enough. Super friendly and a great product. What more could you want?

Multiple items to pick from. Friendly staff. Took a while to even be able to place an order though… another bit to wait on items (though that’s currently almost everywhere thanks to covid). Drink was definitely delicious. Ice cream was good too. Mangonada not as much but someone else might find it tasteful. Worth the stop while at the mall.

Might aswell go to the store and by a 39 cent packet of Ramen if your their for ramen. It was trash and so is the rolled up ice cream. Touhy fruity is a rip off.

I began my order with a gentleman who was extremely kind. However, after I ordered the shrimp spring rolls, a Caucasian lady with bright red hair approached her colleague and said, “I’m not doing that. I’m not making any more spring rolls; we’re busy.” Suddenly, they were out of the ingredients needed to make the spring rolls.
This left a very negative impression on me. Despite being a frequent customer, I have decided that I will no longer be returning. The way she spoke was extremely rude, especially in front of customers. As someone who works in customer service, I found her behavior appalling and unprofessional.
I’m sharing this review because I believe there is an opportunity for coaching here to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Thank you for all that you do, management team.
