Ordered carryout and was ready at the time requested. Price is up there but many said it’s worth it, so here we go. First thoughts were how heavy it is…it’s probably like two pizzas and will feed more than you think. The value is probably there but when I got home to find an undercooked pizza with raw dough in the center, we were disappointed. I will say what we were able to eat was good. I did call and spoke with a very nice employee who told me to email photos, and someone would be in touch. This was done on 7/20/25 with a brief description of our order and experience. With no response, I followed up on 7/23/25, and 8/4/25. Finally, I received a response the evening of 8/4 stating,

“Good evening,

I apologize our email was filtering this to a spam folder.

I will take a look at your order and follow back up first thing tomorrow when I’m back at the pizzeria.

– Tony”

That’s an acceptable response, but as of 10/1/25 they have yet to reach out and no longer have the benefit of the doubt. An apology was expected. An offer to partially refund me would have been a nice added gesture. Heck, we probably ate half of it, so a full refund or free future pizza certainly isn’t needed or fair to them. I’d recommend checking the pizza for doneness before you take your carryout to the car.
Good to see stronger reviews from others and I certainly hope they’ll be around for the long term, but addressing customer complaints could use improvement.

Stopped in for an early dinner. The cashier was super friendly and explained the menu very well to us. We loved the Supreme pizza and the Garlic Knots are to die for!

We will definitely be back

I ordered a medium deep dish pizza with canadian bacon and pepperoni on it, by the time I got my pizza I opened the box to see it was blackened on the top and bottom. It was so overcooked the crust was hard as a rock, cracking, and the sauce was even burnt in specific areas which I didn’t know was a thing. I had a bite and personally didn’t enjoy the sauce but unsure if it being overcooked was why I didn’t enjoy it. I also ordered a side of their alfredo sauce on the side and didn’t like the taste of that either so I’m afraid in regards to their sauces I am not a huge fan but the quality of my pizza was atrocious and incredibly disappointing coming from a place with so many good reviews.

Stopped in for a slice to go and it was delicious. Pleasantly surprised after they took the slice out of the warmer, they put the slice back in the oven for a little bit.

Thanks for the great pizza & service!

I walked into this place hungry. I left questioning every frozen pizza decision I have ever made.

From the first glance, this pizza was not just food. It was architecture. The crust rose like it had ambitions. Golden, blistered, slightly charred in the best way. The kind of char that whispers, I have seen fire and I am better for it.

The first bite had an audible crunch. That delicate crackle before your teeth sink into a chewy, airy interior that feels like it trained in Naples and retired in flavor paradise. The sauce was not just red. It was confident. Bright, slightly sweet, with that subtle acidic wink that says yes, I contain tomatoes, but I also contain depth.

And the cheese. The cheese stretched like it had emotional attachment issues. Each pull was a slow motion masterpiece. Creamy, molten, and perfectly balanced between indulgent and I could absolutely eat three more slices and still respect myself.

Toppings were not tossed on as an afterthought. They were placed with intention. Every bite felt curated. Pepperoni cupped into tiny flavor chalices, holding shimmering pools of spicy oil like edible trophies. Vegetables actually tasted like they remembered growing in sunlight.

This pizza did not just feed me. It validated me. It said you made the right choice tonight. It restored faith in dough. It made me consider sending a thank you card to whoever kneaded it.

Five slices out of five. I would happily commit carb related crimes again.

Ordered in person, dine in, at 6pm on Saturday evening. Food was great, but it was excruciatingly slow. We ordered breadsticks, a hand-tossed pizza and a Chicago style Deep Dish pizza. They warned us that The deep dish would take 30 – 50 minutes. We said that was fine. They asked if we wanted the hand-tossed pizza first. We said yes because that one was for the kids. The breadstix came out in about 15 minutes. The deep dish was out in 30 minutes . The hand-tossed pizza that was supposed to be quick took almost an hour. They said they were backed up in the kitchen, but we had some anxious kiddos that watched their parents eat til they were full before they theirs. Otherwise, it would have been 5 stars. Pizza was great. They need to work on their peak time flow.

We had the pleasure of trying Big Poppa’s Pizza today and it was also my first time ever having a Chicago Style Deep Dish Pizza (we got a Supreme) and OMG it was DELICIOUS! At first we weren’t sure if a 12 inch would be enough to feed 3 people but it absolutely was! One slice is so filling because they put a good amount of meat/veggies/and CHEESE! It may be a little spendy, but you do get your money’s worth.
We did dine in and the staff were very nice!
My only other opinions are that it would have been nice to eat on regular plates instead of paper plates and if they offered fountain drinks instead bottled drinks. I don’t drink soda or sweet drinks really, so whenever I dine in at a restaurant I usually get a water cup but I had to pay $2 for a water bottle (Bought 3 water bottles total.) Not the end of the world but it is nice when places don’t charge for water.
All in all it was an enjoyable experience and we will definitely order again.

We ordered a large supreme Chicago style deep dish and cheese bread for our family of 3. First, when ordering from their website you can choose well done which I very much appreciate. Went in to pickup our pizza and all the staff were working and helpful-no one sitting around on their phones, again, appreciated. The food! Wow! The pizza was cooked to perfection, the quality of the ingredients was outstanding. Sauce and crust both excellent. Yes, it’s a lil spendy for one pizza, however, we each had one piece-one and a bread and all of us were stuffed! I was shocked. This pizza is top tier! So glad we tried it and will definitely order again! Give it a try

First expose last night (New Year’s Eve). They were SWAMPED! But all the employees are in a great mood. We grabbed an all meat Chicago Deep Dish and a Hand Tossed Pepperoni to go. Pizzas were awesome. I’ve been waiting for a decent deep dish in Sioux Falls. And it’s finally here. Plus, while the price seems a little spendy, the amount of food you get is exceptional. More than well worth it.

I can not recommend this place enough! It’s on the pricey side, but there’s probably going to be plenty of leftovers. One slice of deep dish pizza is easily enough for one person.
