Food is good.
But why can’t I customize my sandwich when I order online? Who the hell orders a sandwich from a sandwich shop without any customizations? I have to call in and place my order just to have one ingredient taken out.
Get with the times. You would increase sales easily once you correct this blunder.

Always love big town hero but this place charged us $1.25 for water cups and didn’t tell us when they did.

Paid 18 dollars for a footlong ham, bacon, avocado sandwich. Got home to a sandwich full of lettuce with about 3 slices of meat and couldn’t taste anything but lettuce. For 18 dollars, I shouldn’t just get lettuce. On top of that, checking out, the minimum tip was 18%, which is just 2% less than I pay a server at a restaurant that brings me my food, drinks, and provides an hour’s service. Overall, very bad experience. Happy to pay 18 dollars for a sandwich if it actually has something other than lettuce.

Nothing beats a Big Town Hero sandwich when you’re hungry and craving a hearty meal. They bake their own bread daily and use only the finest meats, cheeses, and vegetables. Their sandwiches are huge and flavorful, and their salads are crisp and refreshing. I recommend the Prime Club with roast beef, turkey, bacon, cheese, and avocado. It’s a classic that never disappoints. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and the place is clean and comfortable

I’m a sandwich person. I’ve been to many places. This place is in my top 3 sandwich shops. Seriously why would you go anywhere else for a cold sandwich. I think they’re cold sandwiches here are amazing. I have not tried any of their hot sandwiches. But if you’re just looking for a simple deli sandwich I recommend this place over any other cold sandwich shop.
