Real bummed about this – I love A&W but we ordered a double papa burger (#1) and received a cold, measly single burger and fries that are overseasoned and might be leftover KFC fries. They don’t taste like the A&W fries I’m used to. We also asked for a regular root beer float and were given the large.. in most worlds this would be a score, except the proportions of rootbeer to ice cream were way off. It was a large cup of mostly soda and a small amount of soft serve. No bueno. Strawberry milkshake was great. Overall disappointed.

I ordered two chilli cheese dogs and a large fry. I used to go here as a kid, so I was feeling nostalgic, though it’s been years. The prices were insanely low for how delicious and filling it was. If you have concerns about order fulfillment speed: just use doordash pickup – I didn’t have to wait at all. This was my first time at this location and I will definitely be back.

Stopped going to this place about a year ago. Crew was always dirty, floors greasy, and the entire place smelled of fry oil. Stopped in for a small order this afternoon and was amazed. The place, the people, the air was clean. The girl at the counter said the general manager had been working hard on the place. It is showing results.

Tried ordering some food today at your location on the South Hill and had to repeat myself over 10 times and even then got our order wrong. He didn’t give us our whole order. But charged us the full price. He needs fired. I shouldn’t have to repeat myself over 12 times. Ridiculous!

Slowest service ever. Took forever ever in a day to get food then they forgot the root beer float. And the prices are way way over priced. Seriously 3.07 for a medium soda that’s the size of a small. My root beer float shows up after I’m done eating my meal. Like seriously

Not worth the stop. They need help! I work close by, so I have stopped here for lunch often. Now Every time I come here I feel like there’s a different issue. This is my first reveiw that I can recall ever doing.
Today I spent 20 minutes in the drive thru, was stuck in the drive-through because the car in front of me had not received their food yet. My fries were so stiff and cold as if they were sitting out AND the same thing with the dang hamburger! Cheese was cold, the hamburger bun itself was even cold and dry/stale.
I don’t want to be mean but come on… this pisses me off to spend my hard earned money for scraps essentially. I feel disrespected. And frustrated that I’m dumb enough to keep coming here.

Then I find out the strawberry watermelon cream shake that I saw on TV has been discontinued without warning…the manager had to tell the cashier that they just weren’t serving it anymore right in front of me.
And let’s be honest, that was the main reason I picked A&W to eat today.
Then after I paid I waited 13 full minutes before I came up and showed them the time on my receipt and the time on my phone.
If I go to a “fast food place” I shouldn’t have to wait 13 minutes after I order for my food to arrive.

I had asked for Mac and cheese to be one of my sides and they said that was ok but I still got the two sides of mash potatoes. The soda was warm and syrupy. I normally don’t complain but lately it has been getting worse and worse at fast food place. The food is not what it used to be. Very disappointing.

The few times we have been through here the customer service has been subpar, today was no exception. Our double burger had only 1 patty and was ice cold. The 3-piece chicken box had a mangled up, unrecognizable piece of chicken. The biscuit looked like it had been sat on. And to top it off, we didn’t receive our drink. When we called to inform them of the mistakes, the manager sounded like they couldn’t care less. People should receive what they ordered and paid their hard earned money for. Very disappointing. A waste of $30. We won’t be back and we will make sure to let others know how disappointing this locations service and attitude is.
