Foo was Wendy’s standard and delicious. Prices for a fast food restaurant were quite high but fairly listed up front. Was missing one item when we got it home but it was a small item and not worth going back to get it. My fault for not noticing before we left with our order.

That means the CUSTOMER is to be SERVED to the best of your ability.
It does not mean that the customer needs to pull forward so the clock stops running so you can lie about how quickly you served me…. me, THE CUSTOMER! Remember me from the first and second sentences?
You tell me that Corporate is telling you to do this.
It is not my job to help you or your corporation LIE.
In the time you spent arguing with me and threatening to refuse my patronage. You found food for me.
Albeit, it was the wrong sandwich and I had to remind you to get my chili, but I got fresh hot fries.
If you want to use the fact that I asked for fresh french fries as a reason your time is too long, try not serving luke warm limp fries in the first place and you won’t have to worry about that request.
Finally, raising your voice and arguing with the costumer will never earn you good reviews.
Should have left well enough alone.

This place is staffed with the most unhelpful and rude staff I have encountered in a long time at a fast food place in El Dorado. These girls they have working there you can clearly see that they hate it as much as the customers do. They are rude, unhelpful and when I customer has a complaint they blow them off and say “oh well” I know there have been other complaints on this store it’s amazing to me this place hasn’t been shut down or the staff completely overhauled. If you care about decent customer service and food, unfortunately this Wendy’s is not the place to find it. Do better Wendy’s, do better. If I could leave a half star I would.

On my way home from a 16 hour shift as a nurse, just wanting to eat quick bc I haven’t even had a chance to think about food today while working…I decided Wendy’s drive thru..
I understand giving someone the wrong type of drink or leaving pickles on a “no pickles” sandwich or even when they forget the sauce (all is forgivable) but this takes the cake idk if I can forgive this! I go to eat once I get home and get this surprise (refer to picture) Like c’mon guys ..am I being punked rn? Is this real life or wuuuut. I’m not mad, I’m impressed someone actually did my nuggets like that fr SPICY PARMESAN GARLIC CHICKEN SOUP, ANYONE?? BON APETIT.

Big bacon double classic found out the Burgar meat was mostly raw meat and was sloppy with the rest of the Burgar. The Nuggets and chicken tenders were little over cooked. The Manger and most of the employees are outside smoking frequently,every time I have come to order food.and including the management

The last two orders I had placed online came out absolutely awful. I did a drive through pick-up.The first was my ten piece nugget, they were harder than a rock. And I have been told by other people they love the nuggets from Wendy’s. I ended up throwing them away after trying to choke them down. My second experience, I had ordered a egg and cheese mcmuffin and potato wedges for breakfast. The Mcmuffin was harder than a rock. I ended up throwing the mcmuffin portion away also leaving not much there. The potato wedges were different and not as great as I use to order. Those were one of my favorite breakfast items. Don’t know what has changed recently but I don’t think I’ll be going back anytime soon 🙁

Incredibly rude, and slow. Was greeted at the drive through to order when ready. I tried to let them know I was ready, multiple times, before I become impatient after waiting at least 15 minutes. I decided to pull up to the window and immediately a black lady came to the window and opened it just staring at me, saying nothing. I told her we were ready to order, and she immediately yelled that she was in the cooler and to wait, and stormed off. There were at least three employees there. I understand if you’re behind and need to catch up, but let the customers know. And don’t get an attitude when you leave them in the dark and we get frustrated.
