Delicious and reasonably priced. We ordered the Beef sate egg noodle soup, beef vermicelli, and pho combination. We all thought it was tasty. Their homemade chili oil is out of this world. Great service and bright clean ambiance.

We finished visiting the volcano and were starving, may be it was due to the fact that it is a Sunday night, many places were closed and some told us the wait was going to be 80 minutes.
So we came here instead and this turned out to be a nice little place, the soup base was flavourful and authentic, my son was so hungry he got himself two bowls of the combination pho, and gulped the whole thing down in a blink of an eye. Service was fast too. Happy ending to a nice day!

Straight forward basic Vietnamese fare. Perfect comfort food. Had the grilled pork vermicelli bowl with spring rolls. Everything was super fresh and the service was super fast. Go here instead of chain fast food. Same price just as fast.

I ate here at least once a week when I lived in Hilo. The chicken pho is some of the best I’ve ever had (including my travels to Vietnam). Also, the sate noodle soup is insanely flavorful.
Could use more ambience. But the delicious food and friendly staff more than make up for any shortcomings in the decor department.

So first off I have to say thank you to the owner of the restaurant. My siblings and I were cruising through Hilo and stopped at Starbucks to get some coffee when we saw the open sign at Vans.
Mind you this was at 8:55P and they close at 9:00P.
I called and asked if we could order some spring rolls. He happily agreed, so we hurried over.
So thank you to him for taking a very last minute order.
Okay so the spring rolls were made to order and were super good. Decent size and the sauce was super flavorful.
Glancing over the menu I saw my favorite Bah Mi and some other sides. I will definitely be coming back here to taste everything.
Prices are very affordable. So I suggest definitely trying it out.

This is my family’s favorite Vietnamese food restaurant. The food here is of good quality and very tasty, portions are just right. Orders usually come out fairly quick. Prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. The dining area is always clean. A few of our favorite dishes are chicken banh mi, grilled beef vermicelli,pho eye-round meatball, pho eye-round and the summer rolls.

This Vietnamese place is new in town, and I’m so glad it’s here. My wife and I have visited three times in the past week and a half, it’s just that good. The spring rolls here are the best I’ve had on the island: the perfect texture, so fresh I could cry. The portions are extremely generous and I’ve always had leftovers. Most of the time when I’ve visited I’ve seen people getting their orders to go, but we’ve always dined in and had an extremely pleasant experience. It looks unassuming from the outside, but you know what they say about treasure. It’s found within.
Personal recommendation? Get the grilled pork vermicelli and the spring rolls. You won’t be disappointed.
