Do not order online from here. Ordered two simple sandwiches for kids and arrived when the app said they would be ready. Only one person working there and she took care of all of the customers in line before even looking at the online orders. After restaurant cleared out and 20 minutes later finally started our sandwiches. Need to change your system or hire more employees!

I just wanted to say that the store manager here was great. She was there for hours by herself, and she was swamped and she still had a good attitude. there is no reason that she should have been alone, especially when it was busy. so whoever you are as far as the owner goes, she needs help especially if you don’t want to Luz as nice of a person as she is. And maybe pay her what she’s worth.

Terrible service… Very disappointed with the staff there. A city like Orlando that receives the number of tourists per year, the top team puts two people to work who have no patience at all just because my English is not good. You don’t need to treat customers badly the way I was treated. Specifically today it was a boy and a girl.

The lack of customer service of this location is incredible. The employed was no pleasend l, when i ask for my sadwich look like i was bothering the employee. “I requested additional lettuce and he appeared quite displeased by my request. I will reconsider returning to this establishment in the future.”

I came to this Subway on 12/19/22 around 12:40 PM. For some reason I was wanting Subway for lunch instead of the sandwich shop I’m most loyal to – Jersey Mike’s which is .1 miles down the road. I walk in and wait in what appeared to be a very short line of only 3 people in front of me. However, they was only one employee working the line, and this review is nothing against her, since I know she’s being overworked for $10 an hour (and honestly if I was her, I would have walked out no joke). The man who was ordering when I walked in took 10-15 mins to finish getting his sandwiches made, and then there were mobile orders she had to focus on. So the two people in front of me were still waiting, while she made nearly 4 orders of “express pickups.” I was the 3rd person that walked in and walked out in the 25 minutes I was in that store, and I can promise you I will NEVER even attempt to walk back into that specific Subway. Subway is Subway – we all know what it tastes like. But if you are SO understaffed that you can’t even keep up with the demand, what’s the point of even being open? Give that poor girl the day off and just close. Your losing just as much money as your making by not being able to keep up with the demand and having walk outs. I rarely write bad reviews, but this was beyond frustrating. I came to the Wendy’s down the street in the drive thru and had my food within 10 mins of entering the line despite having a line of 10+ cars. Get it together Subway (this location specifically)….

I often stop at this Subway during the week when they’re very busy, this is my first stop on the weekend. During the week they’re full lines and they’re moving people in and out very fast today there was one table with two people and no one behind the counter. Went to the restroom to wash my hands but there was no paper towels. I placed my order for two Footlong sandwiches and it probably took longer to make the two sandwiches then it would during the week to stand in line behind 10 people and get your order made. There were two employees in the store in the back when I arrived and as soon as I left they went back to the back. Overall I think this restaurant is okay and I frequented often during the week.

I order a sandwich I explain to the guy I want other lettuce fresh but he said all is like that and tomatoes are not fresh. Terrible place I am not coming back . I prefer publix sandwiches. Also the bathroom is dirty and not paper towels.

Have had several inconveniences at this exact location and we just let some mistakes pass by, it is ok for an item to be missing from an order, or an ingredient on a sandwich. BUT NO! this and several other occasions our orders get made wrong AND they run out of meats and they just put what they have on the sandwich, they dont even let you know ahead of time or notify you to at least work out a change or modification on your order. THIS IS THE THRID TIME I HAVE GOTTEN MY SANDWICHES WITH OVER 4 INGREDIENTS MISSING, INCLUDING MEATS. The manager is never available to talk to and leaves workers by themselves with no ingredients to put on sandwiches hours before closing. VERY DISSATISFIED would never do business at this location ever again, neither all my business contacts in the windermere area.

We went here with a party of eight. The location was near our home. The food we got was not very good. Everyone in our party experienced food poisoning. The quality of the food was not good. While it looked edible, the fact that everyone got food poisoning leaves me to think that they do not do a good job of making sure is free from contamination.
