They were fine taking my order but I got a sausage and egg sandwich on a bagel. Specifically said no cheese. It says no cheese on the receipt. He called out no cheese when it was done. It had cheese on it

Don’t know if it was just a bad day for them, or if it’s normal, but service was a total crapshow. Totally disorganized, not enough workers, and I waited 15 minutes for an iced coffee that I had ordered from the app before I was even inside.

It is a pleasant store! Great customer service and very clean. The lady in cash is very kind and nice. Made me happy with her wonderful service.

this Duncan is in the most awkward spot of the town. The entrance is very weird. The parking lot is very narrow upon walking inside. Notice employees are scattering around like they don’t have a destination or assigned locations. This Dunkins definitely needs to be improved. Highly suggest manager talk to employees and have them placed in designated locations to perform work efforts. it’s very important that you have your employees understand that their job is to be placed at certain locations of the building so this way your employees are not scattering around. I sat inside the store for a half an hour and watch your workers do their job as I do Google reviews based on negative reviews which draws my attention to the location when I had walked in I was not greeted as it’s very important to greet every customer that walks in through your doors even when you are working the registers, it’s very important for the register employee to acknowledge new customers or any customer coming in to greet them as they are attending to another very important to greet customers as you are attending another to show that you are appreciated the thought of them coming into your location and welcome them in with hospitality as I watch your workers. Your workers were not designated and we’re trying to perform other employees task. Hope to come back and see that there are some changes.

We waited over 30 minutes for our order after placing it. It seemed like there were all new staff members, and frankly, they were incredibly incompetent. The service was unbelievably slow and inefficient. I won’t be purchasing anything from this Dunkin’ for a while.

I always go to this dunkin during the week for work because it’s the closets. I order my go to $6 dollar meal deal all the time because it is perfectly made. The lady on the sandwiches and the man on the coffee. Always making the coffee phenomenal. takes time to make it taste the best. And the lady always creating such a great sandwich and hash browns. Hands down best dunkin ive ever been to.

This Dunkin’ location consistently disappoints. If I had the chance I would have given it “0” stars give it The coffee is watered down, and the donuts, despite being labeled ‘fresh,’ taste stale. My recent experience was particularly awful. The night shift employee rushed me through my order, got it completely wrong, and overcharged me for a shaking espresso with excessive milk. When I pointed out the error (and that I ordered after the price change), she became immediately rude. On top of that, the bathroom was completely atrocious. This place is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to.. I’m done I’m never coming back!!!

Very convenient Dunkin underground in the Alewife station. Drink order is made incorrectly maybe a third of the time, but most of the employees are very kind! This little stand is peak efficiency; only a few times I had to wait more than 5 minutes for my order.

Poorly managed since the day it was opened. The staff is not well trained and most times my order is slow and/or wrong. I avoid this location even though it is the convenient for me.

They always stack up the donuts in one bag and all the frosting gets melted. When you ask for them to be put the donuts in separate bags, some of them glare at you and give you attitude. This should be standard training and common sense that when a customer is ordering more than one and less than a dozen donuts, they still deserve to come home with intact donuts. The people behind the counter should ask themselves how they would feel if they were treated this way. Dunkins needs to devise a better national policy on how to sell donuts >1 and <12
