Tried this place for the first time last night on a whim and so glad we did! Husband and I shared onion rings, wings and pizza. The onion rings were good, but they could have been fried a little longer for our taste. We ordered the wings extra crispy and they were fantastic! Super crisp but not dry. Probably the best wings I’ve had in a restaurant. I forget the name of the pizza we got, but it had broccoli and bacon on it. It was just too intriguing not to order. It was delicious, creamy white sauce, tender broccoli, salty bacon, crispy crust. On top of that the service was excellent. Friendly, attentive and welcoming. The only negative was that it was quite loud in there, several families with small children crying and dropping things. But we will definitely be back and get takeout at the very least!

Best pizza and wings in Gilbert
Love the variety of sauces for their meaty wings and ability to choose more than one sauce for 16 or more wings. I couldn’t make up my mind on pizza so I ordered half Shys Pie and half Supreme. Nice combo loved every bite!

We tried Shys last week and are on our third visit since, wings are the best wings i’ve had in a long time. Garlic knots are hands down the best. Ceasar salad is amazing. Pizza is also great!!! Servers are all friendly, helpful, accommodating, attentive give the best service. Food is reasonably priced with large portions. I’m a huge fan and will be bringing my whole family in along with my friends!!!

We love coming to Shy’s for Wings.. They are sooo good. The mozzarella Sticks are my personal favorite with the best marinara sauce Service is always friendly and quick and the food is always hot and fresh. Never any waits or busy which is shocking cuz the food is great! Would definitely recommend giving this place a try.

Chunky crispy saucy boneless wings. Thick delicious ranch. Crispy moderately greasy pizza. Attentive staff. What’s not to love about this place. First time here and won’t be the last. The pizza was perfectly crisp. We got the 14” medium pepperoni pizza and today was Wednesday, so that means .70 cent boneless wings. Nice place for big or small groups. Price for 20 wings and medium pizza $33. Great deal!

I’ve now been here twice, and after my second visit I felt it was only fair to come back and update my review because consistency and customer service matter, and this place absolutely delivered on both.
On my first visit, I stopped in for lunch and ordered a cheese pizza with a basket of fries. Right away, the food itself stood out — everything was fresh, hot, and clearly made with care. The cheese pizza had great flavor, and the fries were crispy, well seasoned, and exactly what you want on the side. The only thing that threw me off was my own mistake when I ordered the thin crust. It came out extremely thin, almost like pita bread or a cracker-style crust. That’s not a knock on the restaurant at all — that’s just how thin crust is done here, and I should have asked before ordering. Even so, the pizza was still good enough that I ate the entire thing. You win some, you lose some, and that one was on me.
What stuck with me after that first visit wasn’t the crust, though — it was the overall quality of the food and the experience. Because of that, I decided to give it another shot instead of writing it off based on one preference issue.
On my second visit, everything fully clicked. The food was once again excellent, but what really sealed the 5-star rating for me was the consistency. Same great flavor, same quality, and the same attention to detail as the first time. That kind of consistency says a lot about a kitchen. On top of that, the customer service was genuinely great — friendly, attentive, and welcoming without feeling forced or rushed.
It’s refreshing to find a place where the food quality holds up visit after visit and the staff clearly cares about the customer experience. This second stop confirmed that my first visit was just a learning experience on my end when it comes to ordering, not a reflection of the restaurant itself.
If I’m ever in the area again, this will absolutely be a spot I return to. Solid food, reliable quality, and great customer service — those things matter, and this place gets them right.

Just ate at Shy’s Pizza and Wings and it was absolutely delicious! We tried the wings, tater tots, and both the pesto and pepperoni pizza and everything was spot on. The tater tots were perfectly crisp, the pizza was cooked to perfection, and the wings were fantastic.
On top of the great food, our server Pablo made the experience even better. He was hands down the friendliest and most helpful server we’ve ever had—attentive, welcoming, and genuinely awesome.
We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I had lunch with family there today and the food was GREAT, along with the service. We had the lunch special, pizza with wings and a soft drink. The pizza was delicious, New York style. The slice was huge and very delicious!!! The wings were great too. I happy to find this place. The service was excellent too. A warm gentleman was our server who did a Great job. I will coming back more often. Keep up the Great work

We seem to come here after vacationing because we miss pizza, wings, and beer and this is so far our go to!!! Just back from Puerto Rico and we got the Tuesday special (buy one pizza get the second that is equal or lesser for $2). Everything was perfect!! My husband also got an Old Fashioned and it was made perfectly!! The staff is amazing and the boss loves his job. You can tell. Keep it up!! Gilbert is lucky to have them. ❤️❤️
