I have been to this location a few times. It always disappoints. I have ordered through the app for pick up and there is always a long wait to receive the food. I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe both times it made me sick. Today, I ordered an Egg White grilled chicken sandwich to be delivered. I received a fried chicken on a biscuit. I have given them enough chances to get out together and it’s always ends in disappointment.

Yet she continues ask me what kind cheese I want. I said regular. She kept going on ask. I found disrespect from her.
She continued spoke to me I kept told her I m deaf. I feel like she have no zero sense of deaf community. This s part I aren’t happy with her. Decide ignore my list put random.
I went to other employers. They were glad to change or fix my menu.
I recommend don’t order this girl name DEANNA INGRAM FOR deaf community.
Atmosphere is pleasant and neat. Everyone are talking and look happy.
The food… fries change to no salt for twice, spicy deluxe I ask for regular and decide put cj.
Service aren’t pleasure.

The staff here are so welcoming. The cashier/waiter named Kenny did an amazing job taking our orders and making sure we were assured we’ll.. the grand opening was wonderful very nice and clean.. they gave away free cups and gifts for kids..

We live in bloomfield and were very happy to learn one was opening near us. Unfortunately, it’s not the quality we’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A. And it’s pretty consistently bad. Today, I ordered the Cobb salad and chicken tenders. The salad had barely any ingredients, was mostly iceberg lettuce… 2 of the tenders were like round rocks.
Not terrible by normal fast food standards, but abysmal by Chick-fil-A standards. We much prefer the other location on New Park ave.

I had been here before and hadn’t received the best service , but I decided to give this location another chance tonight and I’m glad that I did ! My cashier Star was such a sweetheart , and they got me my food so fast ( before I even got my change back )! Not only was the service fast but I had one of the most delicious , fresh and crunchy spicy chicken sandwiches of my life ! So happy!!

This franchise chronically undersalts the fries. Take it from a southern transplant who grew up on Chick-fil-a. They have also failed to give a requested gluten free bun twice on our mobile takeout orders. The good news is when you complain about the problems in the app, they refund you right away and start giving you free cookie coupons.

I love chick fil a and I was so excited when this location opened up across the street from my job. Unfortunately, the excitement quickly faded when I experienced how rude and careless the staff are. Several times when walking in I was not greeted and was looked at like I was a nuisance. A couple of times my order was wrong and I was missing an item and a worker called Catalina sucked her teeth and gave me a huge attitude despite my friendly and respectful tone toward her. Then I felt her staring at me with the dirtiest look. I have also had issues with Tyrone and Jared having attitudes and being unwelcoming. I do not understand what the issue or hostility is with the staff here. I will never go to this location again and I hope others don’t waste their time and just go to the New Park Ave location, they are super friendly and attentive there.

One of the best visits I’ve had to a fast food place. stopped there with my kids after moving in my stepdaughter to college. This was just refreshing to see, one of the managers was very welcoming. Should have grabbed his name. Restaurant business is tough these days. Everyone is so quick to drop a negative Google review when something doesn’t go right. Even my kids noticed and they are 9

I got my order, but half the items were missing from the bag really disappointing and frustrating. This was the worst experience I’ve had at a Chick-fil-A. You’re better off going to the Newington location or the one on New park .
