This was the cleanest and fastest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. We weren’t finished filling out drinks before our sandwiches were ready. On top of that, someone was constantly out stocking items or cleaning tables. Nothing but praise for this location, and I can’t say that about all of them lately.

Sandwiches were delicious and delivered quickly. Originally forgot the drink but im not one to worry about that. About 20 minutes later (assuming more deliveries) we had a knock at the door. And lo and behold. The drink! Will continue to order from this location. And this 100% settled that decision. Never have had a problem from this jimmy johns. Good job staff for doing amazing at your sandwich artistry

Called about my order taking an hour. The person who answered was very Sarcastic in his voice for no reason. I was just wondering about my order. Update: my order was placed on the floor just inside the door of my son’s dorm room and just left there with no way of knowing what entrance it was left at. This was lunch I ordered for my son’s birthday . By the time he walked to all 6 entrances it was gone. Someone else picked it up. I called Pella Jimmy Jones and a lady said basically tough luck.
