Nate had a pop up BBQ shop in a Costco parking lot and we got the half rack ribs with a side of beans. The ribs were falling off the bone, flavor was great, and great smokiness that was just right. Given the quality of his food and the effort he puts into cooking, I will definitely visit him again! Highly recommend his BBQ if you have the chance.

Oh my goodness… rib tips, brisket and sausage….ALL DELICIOUS. The brisket is moist (y’all, don’t get lean…silly silly, its brisket, get it moist) the rib tips had fantastic flavor, I just love all the work of them. The sausage is also super tasty!! You can smell that it is going to be good when you pull in–whatever wood he is using, smells perfect with the smell of the meat.
Side dishes…. There is brisket in the beans, the mac and cheese is super delicious!!! I’m not wild about potato salad in general, but this was cold and fresh.
The fact that he has been less than a mile from my house lately, is dangerous…cuz his stuff is truly delicious. He has a well oiled machine going on there. Plus he plays good music while you wait. Having Nate so close….well, I will be spending less time at other BBQ joints in town. He became my local favorite overnight.

I met Nate as he was leaving one of his locations @ Parker & Coit in Plano, and he was kind enough to serve me up some of his INSANE chicken wings, BBQ beans, & roasted macaroni & cheese. .

I’ve stopped by his location at least twice a week since. His BBQ is second to none…perfect smoke ring on the brisket, jerk chicken spiced just right, and ribs to die for..
