We have lived in Evergreen for nearly 3 years and hadn’t tried Ricky’s until today, and have we been missing out! We had Kelly’s Coconut shrimp in a Sandwhich and Trini Jerk Chicken in a wrap and both were absolutely delicious. The flavors are powerfully wonderful and fresh. The slaw has a great crunch and the mango was juicy. I highly recommended and we plan to be back many times over from here on!

I’ve chased great smoothies all over after being spoiled in Malaysia a few years ago and the Ricky’s Tropical Mango was like seeing an old friend. So many cute details with mini succulent gardens, hula hoops, and overall such a great atmosphere.

I love this place. I forget how great the food is every time. Ricky and Kelly are an Evergreen treasure. I’ve known them for 20+years and their food keeps getting better. I love the breakfast croissant. It can get spicy if you like it that way.

Such great food, service, and eating area with great views. I recommend the jerk chicken because it comes with a ton of really good coleslaw that’s not overly saucy. Love this place. It’s also next to a thrift shop, shipping depot, and barber, so you can get a lot done here.

There are a lot of places I love in Evergreen and Conifer, but I think this one is my single favorite. It’s definitely my go-to.
The food is delicious, from the breakfast burritos to the fish sandwich to the cafecito. Everything I’ve ever had there has been amazing. The people are extremely nice. And, despite being a food truck, they have created a lovely atmosphere with a cute seating area and music.

Delicious giant burgers and crispy fries with unique island spiced flair. The outdoor patio setting with the chill music soundtrack is great. Such welcoming and genuine service from the actual owner couple takes the whole experience at Ricky’s over the top. We are excited to go back and work our way through their menu. Great breakfast and lunch spot to meet friends or drop in pick up a great meal.
