I got a 15 dollar sandwich with wheat moldy bread that had a aftertaste for like half the day and soon as I got 30 minutes away my stomach was in Knotts and I was looking for a bathroom fast. Nice staff but the food wasn’t all that impressive

Ordered on the app. All went well, my credit card showed I paid for food, app showed they received order. Went there and they said they didn’t receive order. Had me sit for 15 mins. I went to manager, showed her screen on phone showing her the order, showing it had been paid for. She rudely informed me doesn’t matter what I have, they won’t make sandwich until they get order on their computer. I asked should I pay her again for the order, she shrugged and told me to cancel the charge on my card. Typical kind of service in this day.

Says they are open til 10 pm on Sat it’s 8:30 and as I pull in the worker runs to the Door locks it turns sign from open to close then stands in the door smiling ear to ear. There was no signs on the door saying they closed earlier either very disappointed I will ve calling a manager in the morning because this is unacceptable I just want a sandwich

Quiet, clean, and the consensus was it was the best sandwiches we’d eaten in years. The staff was attentive and hardworking, and they took special care with children. They get five stars just for that one staff interaction, because you know when they make sure kids habe what they want, they’ll take care of yoyr order as well.

I’d give it more stars but the older lady w/short blk hair w/glasses is the rudest crab I’ve come across. I was hoping for a better visit this time but we just had to come in while she was working. Her manager needs to have a talk to help adjust her attitude & grumpy mood towards customers! We won’t come back in while she’s working again!

Deal of the day was a 6 inch sub. I was told they were only selling 12 inch subs, so I had to buy two deal of the day. What a crock!! No other options for food in the area and was with someone else and I was left no choice. Will never go back to the one in Piedmont, MO!! Shameful way to run a business and taking advantage of the market or lack there of.
