One employee, Amber, is always friendly and professional. I definitely recommend as this is my go-to pizza place.
They don’t even deserve 1 star!
Last several orders, our pan pizza with extra sauce has been drier than a November turkey.
It’s not even good fresh, much less cold or reheated.
So 2 arrive today. It’s dough, cheese, toppings. NO SAUCE! Peel back the cheese & there’s nothing but soft dough under the cheese.
This has happened 4-5 times, providing feedback in the app doesn’t work apparently so today I called the store.
I asked why there have been so many issues with no sauce, he immediately gets defensive & says he knows there’s sauce because he made them himself. He continues to argue with me over the phone & says he won’t help me unless I bring them back.
So I brought them back.
He comes over to look at them then retreats to his dough corner without saying a word knowing he screwed them up.
I gave them their dough pie, she gave me a full refund, and I took my business elsewhere.
Customer service is weak these days but there’s no way I’m paying THAT kinda money for THAT kinda pizza & still have to deal with the bad attitude of some lazy doughboy that can’t handle basic tasks like putting sauce on pizza.
