I never do this but need to say this as it’s still bothering me hours later. I came in excited to have some coffee after a long day. I don’t have it often but felt like i needed it today. I walked in with my kids and was never greeted. Employee came out on her phone and just looked at me. I asked her “what coffee do you guys have that would be sweet?” – i get looked at with annoyance and she replied and said “they’re all sweet”. In a moment where a suggestion or guidance could’ve been, i was told to basically just figure it out. So I didn’t buy anything. I walked out with my kids and went to get ice cream next door instead. Just really disappointing. Customer service truly doesn’t take much effort..

I work at one of the theme parks and once I discovered this Foxtail location was close to my work, I would often leave my house over an hour early just to get a coffee or matcha. I live closer to Lakeland so my commute can be a doozy sometimes. The last few times I’ve gone have been when an employee by the name of Danielle was working. I’m not sure if she is the manager or what, but my goodness me… give her a promotion! So incredibly kind! I always hope to see her there when I come in because her smile and joy is infectious to those who come in. Thank you for hiring a great employee! She is so personal and fun to engage in conversations with.

Love Foxtail, but just witnessed the employee come back in from the dumpster (leaving the store unattended for 5+ min) and then make our drinks without washing their hands. Yes… the hands went in to the ice chest that was left open too. Great training opportunity…

Some of my favorite coffee in allll of the city and the barista named Houda is the best! Every time I come in she provides an anuthentic atmosphere. The music that she puts on is always great! I love to come here when she’s working. I tried the golden hour latte as it released and it is divine and healing.

Convenient location, and friendly staff. This coffee shop is dog friendly and has good breakfast and lunch food options as well as good coffee. A great local coffee house to get some work done or have a little respite from life. There is lots of outdoor seating as well as indoor. Clean restrooms as well. Try the Pumpkin or Banana bread.

Amazing experience! The baristas are kind and welcoming. Make sure you ask them what their favorite drinks are, they always have amazing recommendations! The store is also pet friendly which is a huge plus, so bring your dog along with you to enjoy a pup cup and their nice outdoor seating area.

Terrible employee! I came to this location at 1:40pm today(8/28/25), ordered two hot cappuccino’s that was horribly made. The server/barista was on a phone call the whole time! I asked to use the restroom (they keep it locked), she rolled her eyes to give me the keys.

Went into the shop and ordered 5 items: 1 coffee, 1 cookie, 2 sandwiches and 1 coconut water. 2 items weren’t rung up in my order and had to wait a total of 20 minutes for everything. Decided to get the sandwich that was missing and not the cookie as I didn’t want to give this shop any more of my money. Cashier was not apologetic as I watched several customers coming after me and leaving before me. I will never be back.
