I ordered the pizza on November 30 at 4:06 PM, entered a specific pick up time of 5:15 PM. I received the confirmation email with pick up window from 5:15 to 5:20 PM. My son got there at 5:15 and was asking about the pizza, but he was told it’s not ready yet. The pizza was handed to him then at 5:39 PM. Absolutely unacceptable, additionally the deep dish pizza wasn’t cooked all the way through, the center seemed to be gooey and cold. The staff at the store did not even apologize or said or offered anything for the delay. My son is 17 year old and he didn’t want to complain, he is shy and didn’t want to get into an argument. I’m a very unhappy customer.!!

TERRIBLE experience!! Stopped by on the way home to grab a couple of ‘hot n ready’ pizzas of whatever they had available. It took over 45 minutes of waiting after being told it would be 7 minutes for them to make and cook the pizzas! We only ordered 2! They were slightly busy but DEFINITELY not busy enough for it to take almost an hour to get the pizzas! The bread sticks were drenched in garlic so much so none of us ate them. So much more to say but basically EXTREMELY disappointed in this place. We will not be coming back.

Ordered the Pepperoni ExtraMostBestest, pretty disappointed as what I got looks nothing like menu and certainly wasn’t extra anything. Also ordered Italian sausage ExtraMostBestest, adding mushrooms and onions, was better but still not impressed.
The crazy bread and cheese sticks, family said were ok.
Disappointed they no longer have the Crazy Calzone pizza.
I do like their pizza sauce and It’s good for what you pay.

Went on today at 530pm and picked up our order , Price was good and food delicious! GOT BBQ wings ,large thin crust pepperoni pizza and crazy bread!

I use to like coming here, now they have a whole new team who can not for the life of them make a pizza.its always sloppy, over cooked, no cut or cut every each way. Very very poor quality. We will not be returning hopefully the erlanger location is better.

I usually visit this location twice a week, I’m done now. I ordered 4 pizzas tonight and all of them were trash. I noticed once I was home. I tried calling but no one will answer and I’m 30 minutes from the location. How would they think this is acceptable? The supreme was cut in 50 directions? What?

Extremely slow. Short staffed and ordering online is a joke. 11 people waiting with no pizzas in portal but whole shelf behind counter full of pizzas with no owners. What is point of having portal or codes to make it easier when u have to wait 12 deep to not use the code and have it handed to you. At least 15 people left because of line or left angry with refund. Save time go to Burlington.
