Had a pizza here the other day; it was really bad! The place was really dirty too. If they did’t have the “kids” at Gordon College to support them, this place would be out of business!

Worst Deli in New England. Filthy Kitchen, Terrible food, and Incompetent “chefs.” If you DO happen to get take-out, make sure you keep the receipt…that way, when you come down with severe food poisoning, or discover that your food has been burnt beyond recognition, you’ll have proof (both of which happened to me). When confronted, they refuse to reimburse their customers, offering instead to make you another one of their disgusting subs. The only reason this place is still in business is because they deliver up til 2AM . The bulk of their business comes from Endicott and Gordon College. Their pizza is garbage (worse than dominos if you can believe that), tasteless and paper-thin, with hardly any cheese or sauce. Most of their employees don’t last more than a month which demonstrates the stressful, poor working conditions they endure. The place is right out of an Orwellian novel. So, in conclusion, If you enjoy spending the night puking into a bucket then Prides Deli is the place for you!

We walked and ordered a small. My only regret was that it wasn’t a large. The pizza not only smelled fantastic it also tasted irresistibly good. I’m glad we stopped nearby and were enticed by the fantastic smell coming from the restaurant. Thank you for the incredible service.

We ordered off of grub hub, pizza and wings. Nothing special. When the food arrived 75 minutes later. The pizza was incorrect, I called back immediately to let them know of the error. They apologized and said that food would be there within 35 minutes. The correct food order arrived 55 minutes later. (It’s now been two hours since I first placed the order. My husband and I are very hungry.)The new pizza’s toppings had completely slid off. It was just soggy thin pizza dough. The wings were barely mediocre. It was more than disappointing, I’m never ordering from them again. I waited all day for pizza and wings and it only ended in regret.

Very friendly to a couple of out of towners! Really appreciate the warm welcome & had an excellent breakfast to boot. Absolutely delicious bacon, egg, & cheese sandwiches & crispy hash browns. Breakfast was so good, we stopped back for a pizza slice later in the day. Gotta say, we are pizza snobs, living around so many famous pies, but this was a most decent slice. Tasty sauce & a yummy crust, enough said. Next time we’re up at Endicott, we will make it a point to stop in again. Thanks for everything!

I have been ordering delivery from this establishment for years but lately the quality of the food has lowered significantly. Within a week the chicken has been delivered very hard to chew. Not sure if it is a really old or overcooked. Called the store twice to make them aware of the poor quality. I had to throw away 2 chicken kabobs and one order of ziti with broccoli and chicken.
I am not sure what happened to this restaurant, new cook? I was told that I would be refunded for the chicken kabob but it has not happened yet.
I am sorry that I can’t use this place anymore. It was very convenient and the food was ok, not great but eatable. Now, it is unbearable.

On a road trip with the hubby. Found this place on Google. Well worth the stop. We just shared the Best steak and cheese I have ever had. It was cooked perfectly, not greasy like others I have had. Service was quick and very polite. Not sure if we will end up in this area again but of we do definitely will be on the map to stop!

Ranks up there as one of the worst pizza’s I’ve had. I have no idea how then won North Shores best. We ordered a meat lovers pizza that for delivery that showed up minus most of the meat. Pretty much toasted bread only with a bit of sauce and a few morsels of “some”, but not all of the meat that they state in their menu. I don’t usually complain or even write negative reviews, but I think that potential consumers need to know that there are SEVERAL better places for a simple meal like pizza.

Food is always very tasty, fresh and too quality. Fast service for pickup (haven’t had delivery yet). The folks who run the place are always smiling and happy and remember your name.
There’s a small seating area inside and outside and it’s right next to a great ice cream spot….. What more could you ask for?!

We just happened upon this place at 8pm on a Sunday night and man let me tell you it was good. The Almy will change your life. It is steak and chicken peppers onions buffalo sauce. One of the best subs I have ever had. I live an hour away but am going to have to find a reason to come back this way again. Excellent
