DO NOT GO HERE! THEY SERVRE RAW FOOD.
I ordered for my work and went in, the place is disgusting, unkept and smells funky..
I ordered for myself the general chicken.. after eating a few bites I noticed the chicken wasn’t even cooked all the way!!!!! I called them back and explained the situation and with an attitude they said I would have to drive all the way back to get a new order.. like I mentioned I’m at work I can’t leave.. never eating here again, they should be reported to the health department and shut down! Go to the one on N main if you can!

How disappointing! Easily the worst Happy Wok in Rockford. It’s very dark and dingy, they MICROWAVED my veggie egg rolls – and the chicken fried rice was dry – but flavorful. (Could have been the soy sauce ). Its no wonder they are only 2 stars

The place was so dirty, i contimplated walking out. My order smelled weird, and when i opened the crab rangoon order, not only could you smell the dirty oil they were fried in you could see the burnt dirty oil on and in the creases of the fried wrapping. I threw away the entire order.

So Happy I didn’t read the reviews until after I ordered! The food was great for the price point. Yes, the place is very messy and smells a little weird, but the food was delicious. Much better than catering at BMO Harris Center.

Nope. Not doing this ever again. Ordered scallops and lobster. No scallops mostly broccoli. Kinda grungy. It was supposed to be a quick meal. Mediocre and expensive for everything it wasn’t. Not representative of other Happy woks.. I don’t like to trash any restaurant but this was just not good. Neither were my parents meals. On a plus note, the broccoli was fresh. The baby corn was brown. Ick.

Was the nastiest place I ever had byfar as Chinese, the man in the kitchen burnt my egg rolls made my stomach hurt after I took a bite rice was hard and gummy I recommend that no one ever eats from this place. I’m not sure why they are still open me and my wife were very upset this was our First and last time going there.

Took my wife to happy walk for her lunch break. All we ordered was the chicken on a stick some small dumplings and two vegetable egg rolls came to $17. A lady took our order. No one was in there to order for we was the only people in there five minutes later she come back ask us what did we order by this time other people start coming in there they have made their food. We still sitting there waiting now mind you a lunch break is only 30 minutes but this time we was in there for 20 minutes they hadn’t even started our order so lady come back and refund my money And my wife didn’t get to have lunch

First off I don’t know how this restaurant is still open. The building is so dirty and gross. I’ve never seen so much clutter and junk laying out in a restaurant. It reminds me of a flea market. There’s food and sticky stuff all over the tables at 11:30am. The floors look like they haven’t been swept in weeks, the walls are stained, etc. The environment is enough to make you want to turn around and leave. The food was old tasting and the sweet and sour sauce had weird chunks of black stuff floating in it. The man who took my order looked like he hadn’t bathed in a very long time. His clothes were filthy as if hes construction worker. On top of this it’s very pricy. Do not recommend

Horrible my friend’s chicken was rotten. Bathrooms are disgusting my garlic chicken wasn’t much better I just walked out I didn’t even want my money back. I will be calling the Health Department the place is dirty and disgusting. I find no pleasure in leaving this review
