This place is like your local hometown sandwich shop with a very welcoming and friendly lady. It’s our first time visit here after moving to stamford for over a year. We were looking to grab breakfast bagel sandwiches at 3pm. The lady wrote down all the details about the order and made sure she had the correct information which I really appreciated. They have parking next door. The food was great and we will visit again!

An amazing local sandwich shop! We will definitely visit again. The staff was super friendly! We were served promptly, our order was accurate, and the conversation we had with the staff on our way out made our visit 10X better. Please don’t hesitate to come here! Clarice greeted me right away. I traveled three hours for a dental appointment and asked for the best deli place in Stamford and it says FreshCo or don’t go. I’m fibbing but it was a wonderful experience thanks to Clarice.

One of our favorite places to go!! The food is amazing and the specials menu always changing. Everything is always Fresh. It’s hard to decide when there’s two great specials on the board. The last two specials I had were the Greek Gyro all homemade with homemade Tzatziki sauce (drool) and then the fried eggplant with broccoli rabe, hot peppers and mozzarella…oh my word so yummy. I had it on the brain the whole week and went back to get it again! I laugh and tell the owner I always forget to take a picture of my food so I can write a review with a picture. but I can’t wait and take a bite so fast!! The owner is the sweetest human being on the planet. She knows all her customers and knows their usual order. She’s always so happy to see her customers too. You feel like family when you are there. She’s always so sweet to my kids and they’ll even say to me can we go to Far Far’s. They love her!!

Stopped into Freshco for a sandwich while I was in Stamford and honestly it was one of the best chicken cutlets I’ve ever had!!! Crispy, thin, tender and juicy. Even the lettuce was very crisp and fresh. Great lunch and dinner options besides just breakfast. Clarice was so friendly, stop by and give her some love!!!
