After having a bad experience with “Ronald’s Restaurant” (check out my review for that resto), “Creole Fusion Cuisine” made my day. This is by far the best haitian food and Fritay I have had in Bridgeport CT. I had black rice with pigeon peas and legumes, plus a Fritay. My goodness, the food tasted so freaking good. By the way this is the first resto where i eat a legumes with real beef, not freaking turkey Although the fritay was a bit expensive ($23) but they give you food for your money (just my opinion), the medium black rice /legumes was $14. Not bad. My only problem with the resto is the appearance. If they could invest a little bit on its look that would be wonderful. Overall the food was excellent.

By far the best Haitian catered food I have had in a long time. The meat between the goat, chicken, griot (pork) was so tender and the quality was excellent. The flavor in all the food she provided was out of this world, if I could rate more stars I would. Even my children loved the food. Will highly recommend and order catering from her continuously. You will not regret ordering from Sonya.

My husband and I ordered our version “made to order” fritay. She made us feel like we were family. We called and our food was ready upon arrival. The food was so tasty and it was just what we needed. We had enough food left for leftovers. We can’t wait to go back for more.(Prestige we already had at home)

The best Haitian food I have had in Connecticut since we moved from NY almost 20 years ago. It is so authentic, fresh, and well presented. The service was also great. Highly recommended!!

I grew up on Haitian Food, my wife and I stopped there for dinner last night and we had the Legume with white rice and bean sauce. Also had the sweet and green plantains with the fried pork and pikliz. Everything was great with the exception of the bean sauce, it just needs a little more seasoning. The woman serving us we assume was the owner, she had a sweet personality and the place was clean.

My wife and I had enjoyed our cater food from Creole Fusion. I was throwing a birthday dinner for my wife. Sonia and her staff we’re at creole fusion were very professional. She was detailed and the food was great our guest enjoyed the different selections. The price was just right. I would return back as a customer and recommend Sonia to a friend.

I order rice with red beans and chicken in chicken sauce. They gave me chicken hawk when I told them the regular chicken which is soft chicken. Chicken hawk is hard that’s what they serve me. The rice they serve me was uncooked it didn’t taste good at all. I took a few scoop of spoon and I save the rest for later. I end up eating the rest of the rice later. I was really starving so it didn’t taste that bad when I was really hungry. The chicken they serve didn’t taste that good. They didn’t season it right. I end up finishing eating it later cause I was really hungry
