I visit every day for the same order. They used to be excellent, but today it was disappointing. I ordered breakfast hotcakes, steak, and a large iced coffee. I waited nearly 15 minutes at the second window. When I finally received my order, the iced coffee was small and full of ice. The staff member was rude when I asked about this. She seemed very angry, and I couldn’t understand why. I called management and left a voicemail, but no one returned my call. I usually think this is the best McDonald’s I’ve seen, but today’s service was poor. My marketing class taught me that it’s best not to return to a place where you receive resentful customer service. By the way, the male cashier was excellent.

Outside and indoor dinning areas were very nice and clean.
But there was no greeting. Had to wait to be helped. Then the cashier was not friendly nor did he give us our receipt. I went to get ketchup out of the basket and all the packs were sticky. Our order took awhile. Our buns to our hamburgers were burnt and our drank order was filled wrong. Then we were trying to enjoy our meal, you could hear a girl in the kitchen cursing and yelling at someone that they were going to have a problem. Not sure what was going on?

This store has a big quality problem – you never know what you’re going to get. No onions or one, burgers drowning in ketchup or one dot of ketchup the next time, threw McRib away last week because entire box was overflowing with bbq sauce. Hamburger buns ripped in half. I used to work at McDonald’s and they have equipment to prepare and dress the food consistently, so not sure what problem is. We’ve decided to no longer eat at this McDonald’s. The food is terrible!

This locations hours are until 12AM but its a gamble whether they will take your order or not before 11pm. Too many times ive not been able to even make an online order at 10pm but then if i can i arrive 20 minutes later only to be told they are not taking orders at 10:30 or told to wait while other people order after me but get served first.

Window staff seem unfriendly, almost as if they hate working there. An acknowledgement and a simple smile, a hello would be nice. How about, “can I get you anything else?” , or ,”here’s your order, have a nice day”. They just seem like robots with flat affects, handing the bags to you quickly then closing the door and turning around quickly. Rude.

Ordered a spicy deluxe mccrispy with no tomatoes and pickles added and they gave me a regular sandwich with nothing on it and I asked for them to fix it and it got snatched out of my hand and they just put lettuce on jt

Showed up at the drive thru and no one took my order. I thought they were closed but I could hear the employees over the intercom. Google says they close at midnight so maybe they didnt want to take orders 30 minutes before they close. I pulled up to the window and still didnt see a worker so I drove off.
