I always try to support small local businesses, and I genuinely appreciate the warm welcome I received at the counter during my first visit here. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made a great first impression.
That said, I do believe there’s room for improvement. The coffee was decent, though not as hot as I would have liked. Unfortunately, the bagel was quite disappointing—it was dry and hadn’t been heated, despite my request. The amount of cream cheese was also surprisingly minimal. For the price, which is slightly above average, I expected a bit more attention to detail.
I’d recommend giving this place a try, especially for the friendly service, but I hope they take more care with food preparation and listen closely to customer requests. With a few adjustments, this could easily become a favorite spot.

We love Ridgefield its such a beautiful small town which is clean and the people are wonderful! We love this little Cafe and we come weekly to enjoy a coffee and a little snack. The girls who work behind the counter are friendly and make great coffee ☕️

The staff is friendly and attentive, and they really make you feel welcome. I especially appreciate how clean and cozy the space is, and that there’s plenty of seating even during busy hours.

Only coffee shop on Main… poor indoor seating. Some outdoor metal chairs on the sidewalk if the weather is good. Espresso drinks are not hot enough and have to be sent back on each visit. Ridgefield could use a good cafe with seating that makes you want to hang out and meet up with people.

The most important thing to know is that they are using nightowl cameras here which runs hikvision firmware. This feels reckless and somewhat uncomfortable. These cameras were sanctioned by the us government in part due to corporate espionage and human rights abuses.
I hope this cafe might take these offline and find a responsible security solution most in line with an otherwise cute cafe.
