It’s inside a Walmart so don’t expect a restaurant restaurant.. HOWEVER! The sandwich slams! I got the Philly Steak all the way.. PRIMO! Got wings! I got boneless Garlic Parm and Cajun Rub. Good crunch for them being boneless! Words can’t say how satisfied I was with the food! Definitely a good spot for a sandwich and wings! Fast service too!

This time going to this place was absolutely ridiculous. We ordered 2 sandwiches, 1 large Cajun fires, and 1 sweet tea, and it took at least 40 minutes before we got our food and we didnt even receive our fries, which we realized after we got home. So not only did it take long but we didnt get everything we paid for. When we ordered our food, we didn’t get a receipt so we had to take a picture to get the order number. We asked once after 30 minutes where the food was and he replied very quietly that they were working on it. They never apologized for taking so long, didn’t give us our whole order. And we wanted iced sweet tea and they said they had none and just gave us a cup. Thats fine so we got soda instead, but when we asked for a lid, they claimed they had no lid or straw. Really? No lid or straw? These people didn’t seem like they wanted to do their job. So we waited too long, didn’t get all our food, and the customer service was garbage. Do better.

I don’t know how a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich is supposed to taste, but this Philly Cheese Steak sandwich was DELICIOUS. This was my first time at Charley’s, but it won’t be my last!
Javier, one of the managers, took my order and was a great, personable, friendly person. I asked if I could pluck out his beard if I didn’t like my sandwich, and he said YES without batting an eye. That is CONFIDENCE in a GREAT PRODUCT!
Arturo was the man on the grill that actually made the magic happen, he made an excellent sandwich for my meal. Turns out Arturo is also a member of management.
I spoke with some of the nob management employees and they all had great attitudes. Happy employees generally turn out superior products.
This is a nice clean restaurant located inside of a Walmart. I encourage everyone to give them a try. They have more than just beef to choose from and the fries are good too.

1st time trying a restaurant inside of Walmart , very skeptical of trying food because the teenagers working they’re. I took a chance and it was well worth it! Price was good food was better. I’ll definitely be coming back to eat another dinner here. Customer service was Awesome! Great employees working here!

I had never heard of Charlie’s before noticing them while visiting a local Walmart. I would put Charlie’s in the category with other chains like Mike’s or Subway.
I asked for a regular cheesesteak and was served a nice six-inch sub. The bread was soft (not an amerosa roll but a proprietary similar product). However, what I noticed immediately was lettuce and tomato on the sandwich. Um, NO!
Apparently, they offer a selection called Old School Cheesesteak, which doesn’t have tomatoes and onions. Anyone from Philly will emphatically tell you NEVER put tomatoes and lettuce and a cheesesteak.
I threw those off the hoagie, and it tasted pretty good. The meat while 100% USDA choice looked like pre-cut minute steaks, again not a bad taste. I guess when you expand the chain, you have to find a way of quickly making orders, and that product works.
I have moved away from subs in this category. Probably won’t be back, BUT try them out and go Old School for sure!

It’s a corner shop at a Walmart, so the atmosphere isn’t really a thing, but it was very clean and seemed orderly.
I got a small cheesesteak combo. The fries were hot and fresh. The sub itself was outstanding. Fresh, neatly made, with tasty ingredients. I won’t compare it to what I think a Philly cheesesteak should be like, because this isn’t Philadelphia, this is Round Rock Texas. But it was a great sub. The people were super friendly. I look forward to visiting again.
