Amazing spot to get some Hot Pot. They let you pick and choose from a line of food. From there, you get charged based on the weight and they either let you do a hot pot broth or dry pot with multiple spice levels and options.

Found this new Malatang place during their soft opening. I am so glad I walked in and asked. Everything is so good! The broth was super flavorful and had just the right kick to it. We ordered both the dry pot and the broth one, both are excellent. All the ingredients were super fresh and they had tons of options. Clean modern space with great vibes. Will def be back!

We love this place. When you weigh the food, you think it will be super expensive, but really it’s the opposite and you get a lot of food for your money. When we first tried this place, we asked how much a bowl of rice would be for our baby, and the cashier was so kind to let us know it was free and that he could have one. Even my daughter, who can be very picky loved the options given and even tried new items as well. This place has instantly become on of our favorite places to eat and we can’t wait to come back and eat some more!

Fantastic little hot pot place. Its perfect for those in a hurry or Hot pot beginners as you don’t have to guess how long to cook the meats and veggies as they do it for you. The broth is flavorful and meats and veggies are great as well as the sauce options. They have stuff for the spice heads as well as milder options.

The food is so clean and yummy rich in flavor. I love it. You order by the pound and grab whatever you like. They weigh it and cook them and put it in the broth of your liking before serving you. You can also make your own dipping sauce and grab some rice for the side. Overall great experience! Really unique Chinese dish in Utah.
