No one knows how to answer the headset. I waited for 10 minutes in the drive thru where two people drove off bc of the wait I then went to a stall and still waited an additional 30 mins till Dillon answered. While Brandon stood outside talking to someone in a blue car. kinda ridiculous don’t u think since there was like 4 cars in the parking lot it shouldn’t be busy at all like come on. Tonkawa sonic is going back downhill again. Disappointing after it was doing so good.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an online order, my husband went to go pick it up. He was gone for 30 minutes. He let them know the name of the order and they let him sit in line while our food was prepared and sitting there, no one decided to bring it out, then tried to give us food that sat there for at least 20 minutes while all we wanted was a refund! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! This place will never not suck

Crispy chicken dinner perfect for dipping in our new sauce. What dipping sauce? What ketchup for the fries? What napkins? Got it to go so didn’t know there wasn’t any till I got home. Comes with an onion ring. Yeah, the size of a quarter.

We are in town for a softball tournament and stopped at this new Sonic. You can actually eat inside! I ordered a blue coconut slush, add mango, peach, strawberry, and lemon, and they did not disappoint! The workers were friendly. We will definitely come back.

Sorry but I have to vent about today’s experience. Placed an online order and checked in on time and after 15 minutes I pressed the red button and hollered at a carhop and asked when can I get my order that was ordered online and it took another 5 minutes to get it and the person inside came on the speaker at the same time…5 minutes to answer a red button is crazy. The order was missing items from the chicken strip dinner, the food was cold, missing the sauce and onion ring and toast tasted like rubber. It will be awhile before I order food again.

Hi… yeah, I don’t typically like leaving bad reviews, but I will if I feel something needs to be done. I came through the drive thru for an iced coffee. Not only did I wait over 30 minutes, but I also was served watered down iced coffee. I saw the girl put water in it when there was not enough iced coffee mix in the fridge. Im sorry, but where I’m from, you explain to the customer that there isn’t enough for the order and ask them if there is something else they would like. I’m a very understanding person and to literally watch someone swindle me really upsets me. Do better.

Ordered a sweet iced tea on the app. Iced tea was not sweet at all. Small town, around 10:30 on a weekday so no way they were so busy as to not carefully complete orders.
