Came in last week wanting a wrap…wasnt feeling well didn’t want to cook…ordered a turkey bacon avocado wrapped a bag of chips….the menu said $12….I was charged over $17 for the wrap and chips NO MEAL…i was told the avocado was an extra charge but its listed on the board as being on the wrap….so i asked how much the meal was thinking it was cheaper…I was told that would be another charge…so why does the price say 12….but it was over $17….!!!! Ridiculous

Now I remember why we don’t order from subway. It’s been two years and we thought we’d give it a try again, but we made a mistake. You place your order. And i’m assuming they have a list to look at while making your order, and yet they still get it wrong. I’ve only bought a sandwich. There maybe five times in five years, and it’s never been correct.

Sent out two sandwiches that was waiting for an hour to be picked up by door dash since that’s who they partner with ( I had no idea they were partnered with door dash) . Couldn’t even eat the sandwiches because 1. They were sitting out for an hour and it’s lunch meat.
2. I was afraid they messed with our food because of how rude the owner was to me .
I contacted door dash because she (the owner) told me that’s what I had to do before telling me to figure it out myself because she likes to emphasize her words but doesn’t like it when someone emphasizes their words in Response , well door dash told me the store is the one who has to refund me and being a business owner she knew that but didn’t want to give me a refund for over an hour old sandwiches and I have time stamps for it all since I used the app and they send emails when the time has expanded two times and each time it’s 30 minutes. Pick up time was 5:23 we didn’t get our sandwiches till 6:26. So no refund or sandwiches because no one wants to get sick …so we made French toast …which costs us 28.83 …….
It’s the fact they sent out lunch meat sandwiches after they have sat out for an hour!!! Not a sorry for your inconvenience or anything.

The sandwiches are spot on. Their cookies are so soft and delicious . They are the bomb. The staff are always courteous and friendly. As far as the atmosphere, the place is kinda small.
