I haven’t been to a Subway in a long time. I had to be reminded of the options.
She took her time, the customer service was off the charts, the conversation was intelligent and interesting.
My food was hot and handled with care. Questions were asked about choices and was also provided information on options. Nicely done!

If you order online for pickup, they wait until you get there to make the order. This happened the last 3 times I’ve ordered. I asked tonight and the girl was instructed by her manager to wait until we arrive. This doesn’t make any sense to me… I miss the Indian couple who made everything ahead of time.

Once we got the DoorDash notification that our order was ready, we walked in and he was sitting in the counter, on his phone. The food wasn’t even on the to go wrack. Our ticket was just sitting there. HE HADN’T EVEN MADE IT!!! Once we told him the order name, he made it there and then. WHAT THE HECK!?!? He wore gloves but didn’t wash his hands. Mind you, I have food allergies so that could’ve all gotten cross contaminated. I come here often and on MULTIPLE occasions have they told us the wrong price, charging us more than what we bought.

Any other subway you walk in immediately smell the bread it’s fresh this subway nothing of the sort also while this Harry armed guy with short sleeves makes my food how did I know he was going to give me the smaller piece. Lol he cuts the sandwich maybe 2 inch’s shorter and takes the other larger half of bread to the back! what can you expect.

Normally it’s young people working here in the evenings and everything is just as I order. Tonight however it looked like it could be some older guy, maybe manager? He was either lazy or he can’t read English. I spent almost $45 on dinner for my family and only ONE was made correctly. The wraps were rolled into a ball and missing veggies. The whole thing was a giant waste of time and money. I would rather drive to town than order here again.

This Subway has top notch customer service. You are greeted with a smile and friendly welcome when you walk in the door. The atmosphere is vibrant and very clean. I highly reccomend the quality food they serve here and its hard to walk away without the delicious fresh cookies they have!

I stopped in to get a sub because I work in the area, and I errands to run before I went home.. so, I thought I would go ahead and eat.. wrong. I walked in and it was sweltering inside. There wouldn’t have been any chance I could have sit down to eat. It was too hot in there to enjoy your meal, and it would probably have made me sick to my stomach. Not to mention the fact that I didn’t trust the food. It being that hot, how could they keep all their stuff cool? The cheese was sweating. As everyone knows, Subway keeps foid on the bar, and you select from there. But, how could they keep all that cold? Even if they had a cooler or ice underneath the food, wouldn’t the meat on the top be warm? I didn’t want food poisoning, so I left. Also, while I was looking in amazement at what I thought was the manager talking to someone, there was never an apology about the air not working or how hot it was.. the woman waiting on me to order keep wiping sweat off her forehead… And, it’s only April.. what’s it going to be like in August.. Yeah, that’s right, August. The people I work with who live in the area told me that it’s been like that for a year. They didn’t have air at all last summer. They are too cheap to get it fixed, and they don’t want to pay the higher electric bills. Germs multiply in hot conditions. So, no, I do not recommend this place. And, the Subway franchise should be embarrassed to have their name on this place.
