First, I have ordered from Papa John’s for many years. The large pizza that was delivered tonight was of such poor quality that I had to call store manager. The sauce and topping are 2+ inches from edge. I called store manager, and she immediately blamed a new machine they were using that apparently applied sauce and toppings. She then became rude, and stated quality was not her or staffs fault. When I tried to reply to these comments, She said I rude, and needed to listen to her. At that, I ended conversation telling I will escalating and posting negative reviews. I was just letting store manager of issue, and this is what I get. Papa John’s quality of product and service has surely gone down. I will not be ordering ever again. Don’t take my word for it, just compare pictures of what they advertise versus what I received.

I ordered a gluten-free pizza , and customized it to be similar to a Philly cheesesteak and I loved my pizza , got it delivered. Not a bad way to use a coupon. The wings was good as usual.

Papa John’s is my favorite fast pizza. I no longer live within 1 hrs of one, and definitely not within delivery distance. Thus particular one was cleaner than most, on my way elsewhere, and an apt reproduction of the company product. 100% of what you desire from chain pizza.

In my opinion, Papa Johns is the best take-out pizza chain. I have always found these pizzas to be made better than most other Papa Johns locations. I placed an online order for a specific pickup time, but arrived early. The staff here saw this and made my pizzas fresh such that I did not have to keep waiting. As I had my baby son with me, they even offered to carry my order to my car.

Traveling visiting family and stopped in to pick up a bite. I was disgusted not by the food but the managements treatment of the staff! Screaming at employees in general will always be a deal breaker for me but x10 if your staff is teens! After witnessing that I couldn’t comfortably give my money to them. Please find better management!

We live just over the line for delivery. If you would let me talk with the delivery person, I’d let them know there’s a bigger tip in it for them, then we’d be a regular customer. As it is, we’ve lived in different places much further away from the local PJ’s we ordered from, and they delivered with no problems.

Our Papa John’s is great! Our pizza is always delicious! It is delivered in a good amount of time and always comes hot and just how we ordered it. We have never had a complaint. The delivery drivers are great and always so polite.

Great Pizza! We placed a large order 2 days ahead. Jason called to confirm and was very nice, then the day of I wanted to make a few changes, he happily accommodated my needs. Order was ready on time, 5 star customer service (they even helped my dad carry to car), pizza was amazing. As a former Papa Johns employee, 5 stars for sure and that takes a lot for me to say!

This is BY FAR my favorite Papa John’s I’ve ever used and I’ve lived all over. My order is always accurate and the staff is such sweeties! The pizza is always hot, fresh, and super tasty! I never have any trouble with my order and I know if I did I could trust the staff to fix it. Thanks for being great Hayes Papa John’s! Y’all rock! 🙂
