This location needs to update its hours on Google Maps. I came during the time it was listed as open, but the store was already closed. It wasted my time and was frustrating. Accurate hours are important so customers know when to come.

Came here for stop kids is hungry and wanted some subway, my daughter is needed to use the bathroom and their woman’s bathroom is lock I ask the woman server if they have the key and she replied we don’t know where is the key in a mean nasty way possible I have 7 year old kid with me and i was purchasing on their store she told me they will look for it. This store doesn’t even deserve a single star, it’s the worst customer service you can ever imagine, I will not recommend anyone to come visit this place, the server here is the worse.

Apparently the sandwich pictured is “extra cheese”. Anyone with eyes can see that very little cheese and she said she was going to charge me extra for my “extra” cheese. I’m a pretty understanding person and I would have gladly paid if she was not so obviously stingy. She literally picked up my “extra” pinch of cheese with just her two fingers as she was saying it was gonna cost extra. It felt so insulting and filled with attitude. I asked for manager, something I would never normally do because I felt like this must be joke or prank or something. She was 110% serious and asked her manager if I should be charged extra. Her manager having a brain told her no. But that sealed the deal. Will never visit again.

I paid for a cup and It was never given to me. AYO was giving attitude says where is the receipt I told him that he took it and threw it out and he didn’t want to reprint it and as well gave me this cup later. He was telling the other associate if I paid for the food which I already paid for with the female associate. And he was acting like I was trying to steal food. The photo before was the Cup he gave to One of my Co worker’s and it’s from a different restaurant . Same associate said that Both bathrooms are not working & I can’t wash my hands.

Meant to write this review weeks ago as I received some bad treatment at this store. A Spanish man was helping me and my fiance with an order and was somewhat impatient as the person in front of us was deciding what to get. He then left and went to the back as an African man then took over. As the man was helping the woman in front of us he was being kind of cold and rude as she presented a coupon. And she finally took whatever deal he rung up. I then asked about the 6.99 meal deal that is at every other subway I’ve been to and he rudely said he doesn’t know anything and that I could check on my phone. I didn’t see it and asked for help and he took my sandwiches and walked away. He never offered to check for the deals or any kind of assistance. I was able to use my rewards points to get the cost down but the fact that this subway doesn’t honor a deal that 95% of the subways I’ve seen baffles me. I will never forget how we were treated and how horrible that man’s customer service was. I will never attend this subway again, I’d advise everyone to go to Subway in Walmart or down at the BP in Upper Marlboro before going here.

My husband and I visited this location a few nights ago about an hour before closing time. The boy started our order by asking what I wanted and in the middle of speaking he cuts me off to speak with the girl who works there. Then he decides to not make my order so the girl comes over with a horrible demeanor and when I tell her what I want, rotisserie chicken salad, she puts a scoop on the bread and I told her I didn’t want that because it looked nothing like rotisserie chicken salad. It looked like runny tunafish salad. Mind you only a scoop has been put on the bread, with a very unprofessional attitude she starts complaining to me that I wasted bread and nothing in fast food looks the way it should. I had no issue using the bread for something else but she continued to speak to me so disrespectful especially for the petty situation. After she kept yelling at me I decided to go somewhere else then she really got angry and cussed at me as I was walking out. If you are going to act so ignorant to a customer for no reason then I don’t trust you making my food AT ALL! Next time I’m in the area I will get her name and let the manager know. Very unprofessional and childish behavior!

This location is fine in terms of food. There’s only one person working on Sundays, at least around 11. The two girls in front were taking forever and then some random guy came in behind me and demanded the poor worker make his food now because it would only take two minutes. And even worse, the man did it! My sandwich also only takes two minutes but I guess that’s what happened when you follow the rules and patiently wait

Unfortunately, this place is horrible when it comes to portion size if the manager and/or her oldest daughter are not working. Just came from there and had to leave without even buying my sandwich as I refused to pay for double meats when she didn’t even put enough on it the first time. I should have known not to even order anything as when we were walking in two other ladies were leaving and complaining of the same thing and then being told they would be charge for double meets. They two left without purchasing anything. For the amount of money we spent for one sandwich and a small size of chicken they tried to put on there was just ridiculous.
Sadly, I probably will not frequent this subway anymore. Unless I know the manager is working.
