I ordered $70 worth of food on Christmas because I didn’t want to cook and my family wanted that. I would have been better off cooking. I did a plan ahead for 4pm I didn’t get my order until 4:30 because my order wasn’t ready but the pizzas were COLD, my son’s wings were warm and the fries soggy. Pizzas were supposed to be cut into SQUARES they were NOT, Parmesan was supposed to be on ALL the pizzas and it was NOT! Crust was burnt. I was given a free cheese bread they could have kept it and give it to someone else. Marinara was watery and had no real flavor the pizza and the bread were half cut. None of the pizzas had a good taste. It was a waste of $70, gas and time!!!!

Placed an order on DoorDash,had my daughter run in to grab the order. My daughter told the lady she was here to pickup an order, the lady cut her off of finishing her sentence twice and asked if it was online..she said yes… lady said she needed to confirm my daughter with a attitude says ok my moms in the car. I hear what’s going on I come in confirm the order and politely told her she needs to work on her customer service. The lady then tells me I need to work on my customer service skills I told her mam I don’t work here but you don’t talk to people that way. Then she comes outside the restaurant with the same gloves she used to prepare the food grabs a cigarette lights it then comes over to my car to yell that she’s banning the name from ordering. I roll down my window said excuse me? She proceeds to come over to my car again to repeat herself and yell so I pull out my phone to record her ask her name then she tell me she doesn’t need to give her name I said ok thanks. My husband calls to ask for the manager she said her name is Colleen and she is the manager. Sad that a manager like her is left to run a place like that all while smoking cigarettes inside the restraunt I’ll pass on this place.

This establishment gives me the energy of wanting to be Marcos but falling short as Little Caesar’s with the occasional good deal via coupon. The Pepperoni looked proper, but the Bacon/Feta combo we usually get (also, no Chicken??) looked frumpy. The cinnamon sticks were also pretty meh. Maybe slightly better than Oasis, but that’s a pretty low bar.

Just got two orders last week delivered to my house. Called today the guy was extremely rude and said we never have got a delivery here. Literally 2xs last week 1.9 miles away. Consistency losers consistently.

I’m in town visiting my brother who suggested we get lunch from Bambino’s. Got an XL Pepperoni and some burnt ends, was not disappointed! The pizza itself was perfect, tasted homemade. Not only were the burnt ends incredible but the gentleman who was working (around 1pm 2/28/25) said he thinks it was short of a full pound so he threw in some hot wings too!
Between the food and the service I will definitely stop by Bambino’s when I’m in the area again!

Poor food quality the subs are disgusting with very little topping and they always out of soda. Rude customer service too. Do not order.

Ordering from this place for awhile and have always lived on this side of town . But I promise I will no longer order form this location specifically.
Always missing or incorrect items.
Every single time I have ordered a salad the last 2 months I have not received it !!
I do use door dash sometimes and have always reordered or reported the issue when using delivery. So my money in the end is not wasted !!
But Seems like poor management and leader ship costing the company wasted time and money . ♀️
