I had a fantastic visit here recently and can’t recommend it enough.
From the moment you walk in, the location and decoration create such a welcoming vibe it’s stylish but felt remarkably quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciated.
The service is where they truly shine. They clearly know what they’re doing here. We were looked after by a young man named Drew, who was incredibly kind and professional. His service was ‘on-point’ the entire time attentive without being intrusive.
As for the food, it was delicious. I ordered the pasta, and it was exactly what I was hoping for yummy, fresh, and they nailed the spice level perfectly. I also had the village salad, which was a great, fresh pairing.
I will surely be going back again soon!

Delicious start to finish. Bolanse pasta with add-on shrimp. The bolanse sauce was flavorful and the serving is generous. For dessert, the Italian Lemon cake.

Another review on my 4th visit….. this might just be the best new restaurant I’ve been to in a long time. The food is outstanding and the place is really pretty. My drink was great. I had a tangerine cinnamon margarita. We had a burrata, lamb chops, rosemary french fries, and a village salad. Robert has truly put together a magnificent combination of food and atmosphere. If you haven’t tried Aria, add it to your list quickly.
Prior review: We ate too quickly and forgot to take pictures (except the fries) but the food was fantastic! The staff was extremely friendly and the restaurant was beautiful! Specifically, the italian bean soup and the Caesar salad were awesome, the rosemary fries and the spicy rigatoni were delicious and flavorful, and the old fashioned was tasty. A magnificent addition to the West Bloomfield restaurant lineup!

Probably the best beef short rib dish I have ever had! Creamy dreamy polenta, perfectly braised beef in mulled wine, and caramelized onion. 10/10! Very well crafted dish.

Pretty nice atmosphere. Our waitress was very nice. Food comes out pretty quickly. However, most of the food we had was anywhere from 5/10-7/10. Tried the beef tips and they were dry and unsalted, diablo shrimp was pretty good, burrata was very good. For entrees we had the spicy rigatoni with sausage; pasta and sauce were good but sausage was not. Would come back here if it were the only option for a last minute dinner.

Great food, great experience. Sampled a few appetizers: Diablo shrimp, calamari, and steak tips. All were wonderfully done. Tried the braised short rib entree and was not disappointed. They do not skimp on the size and the polenta was an excellent side. Service was outstanding as well.

Valentine’s Day – first time – busy night! Restaurant and atmosphere was wonderful. Christine our server was excellent! Quality of food was wonderful and food came out quickly and hot. Good pricing for value on point! Looking forward to returning when can have the full menu.
The meatballs are to die for, oysters were very fresh, beet salad excellent. Had salmon risotto with shrimp and parpadelle meat bolognese, with a bottle of Tuscan red 🙂 Thank you for a nice romantic evening.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this place is and how good the food was. We got a variety of plates between the 4 of us but the braised short rib and branzino were very good. My wife won’t stop talking about the pumpkin polenta that came with the short rib. Highly recommend this place for the service, atmosphere, and the food. Will be going back again soon!

First visit to this new restaurant which was formerly Spositas. Happy to say the restaurant was unrecognizable inside as it needed a complete makeover. We were seated promptly with our reservation. There were four of us dining and we all enjoyed both the food and the exemplary service. We were told the chef had worked at Bacco and a couple of other well known Italian restaurants. We were promptly served with delicious focaccia (still appreciate restaurants that do not charge for bread service). We started with minestrone and the meatball appetizer. Entrees included veal parm, bolognese and cacio e pepe. All of them were very good. The restaurant was fairly quiet when we arrived at 6:00 but pretty crowded by 7:00. Prices are fair by today’s standard given the high quality of the food. I am sure they will do well there and highly recommend giving Aria a try.

I had the most amazing experience dining at Aria! From the moment we walked in, everything felt warm and welcoming. The atmosphere was beautiful, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-tier.
A huge shoutout to Christina, our server—she truly made the night unforgettable. She was so kind, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect for us. You can really tell she loves what she does, and it made the whole evening even better.
If you’re looking for a place with great food, a wonderful vibe, and service that makes you feel special, I can’t recommend Aria enough. We’ll definitely be back soon!
