I ordered jerk wings & honey old bay wings…The only positive was that they were crunchy & hot. Both flavors were extremely bland… Definitely not what I was expecting. I was you would have specified that the seasoning was just going to be sprinkled on…I will never order wings from there again

Usually good. Ordered thru Slice. Order cancelled, no driver. Received a call directly from restaurant confirming they didn’t have a driver. Probably a good idea to note “no delivery” or pick up only. Gentleman who called also said they were out of MD crab soup. I changed to chicken noodle and said we’d pick up. Received cream of crab soup and probably the worst tacos I’ve ever had. Ordered “hard shell” as they have the choice. Received soft shells. So much lettuce and they looked like a ton of lettuce and sour cream was dumped everywhere. Threw them away,

This was the worst delivery experience we have ever had. The shrimp scampi was slimy and vinegary. Shrimp scampi should not be either of those things. There was zero freshness from both dishes, but it’s very clear they had no idea how to actually make shrimp scampi and decided to throw some (I hope they were pickled at least) peppers in there and just liquid. The shrimp itself didn’t taste good either. Now the spaghetti looked somewhat okay but that was until you ate it. It was gritty and smelled and tasted old. I have never been more disgusted with food in my life and it’s extremely clear no one there cares, no one is running the kitchen properly, and no one has any idea how to make any dish properly. That’s all without even speculating about food quality because if you throw that into the mix you will be disappointed and sick. I can’t say enough it’s very clear this place does not care about their food quality or preparation and they certainly have zero respect for the food they make and the people they serve to.

Well I tried this place for the first time today because it had great reviews on the “slice” app. ordered a pizza with half onion and half sausage on it. When my pizza arrived the center of it was soggy like water was poured on it. It was inedible unless removing the middle which defeats the purpose of ordering a large pizza. The restaurant refused a refund or replacement saying that it was the onions that made the pizza soggy and they were not willing to fix the issue. I have never had a soggy pizza from ordering onions on it. This is just poor customer service. Will not be ordering from them again. Disappointed.

Love La Bella’s. I order here every weekend with or without my friends. I always order from the app (earn rewards for a free large pizza) . Food is always hot and fresh. Customer services always amazing (s/o the cook). The outside area is an eye sore from the parking lot but great food is made inside for you, both carry out and delivery (no dine in area). La Bella’s is always in my suggestions for good pizza, stuff shells, whole wings & fries. (i am from NY, and this is the closest in edgewood lol)

First time here eating and wow it was the best food I have ever eaten. Fresh food, fresh fries,and amazing customer service! The gentleman who served me I would assume may have been the owner or some sort of management but they took care of me with amazing customer service and even brought my food out to my car while I waited. Best service, time, and friendliness of this establishment! Recommended for all!

We have been ordering from wings n pies for years now absolutely love there cheese steak and Caribbean jerk wings! Today we ordered and it was completely different terrible wings and ordinary cheese steak. We heard not the same cook well Joshua who always cooked our food is an amazing cook puts this new cook to shame. Unless it goes back to the way it was we will not be ordering from them again! Such a shame

When you can get food here, its decent. But their online system has failed my team and I several times now and it’s just not worth the hassle. We will travel down the road to Zorba’s for a far better experience both food and service wise.

I’ve been coming to this place ordering wings for months as I’m from New York. I loved the food until the new employee gave me bad wings which made me sick. When I told the driver that I will NOT order wings unless Josh, another worker who’s one of the best cooks that works there, it was told to me I cannot purchase food from there anymore. If you’re doing business it is your obligation to provide customer service. Not only have I referred your establishment to friends but they’ve spent money there. So do I have an issue with eating raw chicken wings that made me sick, YES I do because I want what I paid for. I was sick and still sick with an upset stomach eating chicken that wasn’t fully cooked. So if you have an issue with me complaining to your delivery driver about a customer not trusting your employees to cook meat well done, that’s not my issue! That’s yours! You don’t ever have to worry about me spending my hard earned dollars at your establishment because no one should have to eat uncooked meat.

Next time train your employees right by cooking food or you’ll guys might end up getting sued for food poisoning. I’m very angry that you would treat a loyal customer like this who spends money in your establishment everyday. Instead of you trying to remedy the issue, you band a customer that did nothing but supported you. Shame!

Here’s an six month update:

Josh and the delivery guys are doing the best job they can. Josh is one of the best cooks in this establishment and has been there before new management took control. Keep up the great work.

I cannot say much about management within itself but I can speak for the hard workers who are delivering impeccable service.

I used to love getting wings from this place. But since the inside staff has been replaced, the wings have been horrible! Over cooked and barely any sauce on them. I ordered a few times to make sure it wasn’t a fluke. All three times my wings have been blah.
