This is the worst experience I have ever dealt with. My husband ordered the holiday box. Brought them home and got them burnt. I can understand a little crispy but these were completely burnt. I drove up to the store and explained to them and they offered to remake them all but I also wanted a refund as well. I got told by them that they can’t cause it’s basically a military discount and that they don’t do that there and it’s abusing it. Will not ever be returning to this location as the guy made our pizzas the first time remade them and was slamming stuff cause he had to remade them But when I got my new box I was missing an item. Will not be returning.

If you want a normal amount of sauce on the pizza, you’ll need to pay extra, otherwise it will arrive with little to none. Our breadsticks were overcooked and missing the Parmesean topping.

1st– Incredible problems with web site, so “Service” was marked low partially for that.
I have the app, but you go thru all the options to try to find enough deals and savings to feed more for less or at least reasonable. That takes a while when there are a lot of picky ppl to feed. In this house, that’s are ALWAYS 3 pizzas or 4 pizzas ordered. Totals rarely are less then $50 or $60
So when it screws up on the ORDER NOW LINE…you’ve wasted ALLLLL THAT TIME. Then you go to The website itself… Not using your app… SAME THING!! Always when it’s time to pay.
OR, the next page won’t open it just buffers and never opens, so you re-do.
Tonight, we had CASH… SO, DONE.
We ordered EXTRA EXTRA SAUCE, and ONCE AGAIN Received 3 DRY PIZZAS!
3 WASTED Pizzas… AGAIN.
Did PH change its recipes? The “hand tossed” crust was dusty and floury. And they were over cooked, dry, burnt FLAT pizza.
We’re done. To splurge now a days and for something so dissatisfying is wasteful and $$ best spent other than at PIZZA HUT.

The only reason I am not giving it one star is because our delivery driver we’ve had a few times, an older gentleman (cannot recall his name), is extremely kind and quick. He deserves a freaking bonus for working with those who work in that store because Lord knows he needs all the patience to deal with them. Now for the bad news…
Atrocious customer service – some of the worst I’ve ever experienced, and the bar is low for a fast food pizza place like this already. When ordering through the app, it is easy and no issues. If you try to call and place an order its like talking to a brick wall with an attitude. I have been hung up on TWICE because I was inquiring about a special they have displayed on their sign outside, but then am told that special is not current and the price for that same item would be the normal menu price (nearly double the special price). The workers there have terrible attitudes and are very rude over the phone. Forget trying to pick it up in the store – waiting 10+ minutes for someone to help me out at the desk, even though I’m the only one in there.
Food quality has been really hit or miss. Wings are usually sauced great, hot, and taste fresh. Pizzas are either woefully under-topped, or way over-topped. Ordered The Edge pizza recently and goodness, it would have been nice to have some pizza with that flat piece of bread which was way over-seasoned with pepper/seasoning (as in salt and pepper) I had. Stick to the wings from this store and get pizzas from some other pizza place.

Service has always been great for the multiple times we’ve ordered here. Even offering discounts without asking for issues they saw with our pizza! Just be sure you act like a polite customer to the upmost in these trying times, everyone truly needs a break and doesn’t need more stress and these pizzas have stayed consistant throughout the years!

I own my own catering business, but sometimes not cooking is much needed. I kinda understand prices due to whatever is going on with the economy, but it has gotten way too expensive to afford any more. A family of 3 should be able to eat for less than $65. I will make my own pizza and wings for more than half the cost and a lot healthier. AND…Got the wrong order to boot. Will not order from Pizza Hut any longer. You are too expensive, there is lack of customer service at the time of delivery and at the local level when trying to call and make a complaint.

I ordered a pizza at 12 52 pm today and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I was dealing with a call in center and not anyone locally which in fact worked 2 weeks ago on the 4th. However upon arrival the franchise was locked up with a sign indicating they didn’t open till 4. Good news is domino’s was open and gained 2 new customers.

Went to pay with a card and leave a tip with cash. I had exactly enough on the card to get pizza and milk for my daughter’s before I got paid the next morning. Got my pizza and went to buy milk. Card declined. Look back at transactions and the bigger lady working the register decided to push the max tip button which declined so she tried another until it went through. Needless to say I went back in and the manager gave me back my money.

This was one of the worst experiences ever!! Showed up and no one came up to help. Opened the door 3 times and still nothing. Could e the reflection of the employee working in the back. Knocked on the counter 3 times. Yelled hello twice Employee looked to see me and said NOTHING! I manage a restaurant and would be appalled if they tasted my guests this way. All they had to do was acknowledge my existence and say they would be with me. Never going back! Thank goodness a driver showed up to take care of me.
