A gem in the city of Monrovia. It’s in a small plaza next to a laundromat, near a liquor store and across from another taco stand—this taco stand across the way doesn’t serve fish tacos. This place has a good variety on their menu, but the prized item is their fish tacos. Quite tasty and delicious with green or red (for the more spicy palettes) salsa. A good place to stop off for a snack or meal. Great and friendly service, especially from Mario.

We have been going to Baja Mar for many years. Tonight’s food was so phenomenal that it made me immediately want to let everyone else know. Our standard order is Fish burritos, nachos, and papas tacos. It is always very good, but tonight was out of this world. Wow! I will always suggest Baja Mar to anyone looking for the best Mexican food in LA. Keep up the great work, this is very very delicious food!
