You have to be kidding me! I can’t believe this would be a pizza that you all are proud of. Is this really how you want your pizza served to you? The pictures on the pamphlet show a thicker crust. This is thin crust pizza. I specifically asked not for thin crust pizza. When I asked the stoner kid if this was thin crust he said,” no, this is just how it is”. I was just telling my friend how much I used to love Austin Pizza when I lived here. We will never come back to this place again nor will I ever suggest anyone else eat it. Highly disappointed! My friend said it’s the worst pizza she’s ever had from you all. We seriously just threw this in the trash. This is where it belongs.

Last week like every week I stop to get the family pizza. The delivery was quick and pies were still hot & yummy! My delivery driver Brandon was so nice too and even helped my grandma with the groceries.such a great family restaurant a d my favorite pizza place in Austin. Ordered through grubhub. This hands down is the nastiest pizza I’ve ever had delivered. I’ve had store bought pizza that blew this away. I requested well done, and the crust is still floppy, toppings are not fresh. Save your money on this one unless you like gross food.

I was on the phone for 3 mins with their terrible ai, I’ve been going here since I was a child and I’m upset with this lack of local or human experience. The ai recommended I use their online ordering 3 times, which didn’t work as two sauces couldn’t be chosen thru mobile ordering. Great job! I was told to leave a name for the voice mail which I refused, and was hung up on by the ai. Wouldn’t recommend their pizza anyway as the only thing I order is their pizza rolls. More like ai pizzas, thanks for the local love. Going to double Dave’s instead.
Edit: Went to double Dave’s with no problem, got a human on the phone and finished the conversation within 2 mins. Also try Lil Deli, Home slice or east side pies for decent local pizza! AI Pizza can’t be bothered to reply to bad reviews. Check their review history on here if you don’t trust me.

Greeted warmly by helpful and knowledgeable employees. The cauliflower crust under the Mopac and Meaty Madness was crisp and delicious. Toppings were all fresh and plentiful. Nice flavors all around. Salads were especially flavorful and bright. Keep doing what you’re doing! Great pizzas.
