Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve had in such a long time.. I ordered a concrete with three toppings and paid close to $13. When I got it and started driving off I noticed I couldn’t see the toppings. When I looked at it from the side I could see some specks of something at the very bottom, but when I used the spoon to get to the toppings I realized I couldn’t see any, zero. I kept digging around for at least a minute all through my custard and there were no toppings whatsoever I could see, and even if they were at the bottom, there clearly aren’t enough toppings for a $13 order if I have to look that vigorously for that long. So I circled back around into the drive thru again to tell the guy who took my order the first time and he called someone who seemed to be a supervisor or manager on duty, and he was just an abomination. I left crying with my jaw on the floor I was so shocked at the way he spoke to me and how he treated me. Immediate attitude that caught me so off guard, cut me off every time I tried to speak, and showed he was visibly frustrated all within 10 seconds or less of speaking to him. And I heard him talking so disrespectfully about me to other workers because the window was open. I repeated to him 3-4 times what it was that I ordered as he was remaking it (because they never gave me a receipt) and he only put 1/3 toppings that I already paid for, and the one topping he did put, he barely put any. I had the worst day ever and this was supposed to be an effort to cheer myself up and I left so upset I will never go back to Andy’s, definitely not this one if I ever do. I didn’t even eat my concrete because that whole situation made me lose my appetite I ended up throwing it away.

Why we got a buy one get one in the mail, this place is ridiculously expensive without those good coupons. We load up on a jitterbug and a cookie butter concrete mixer for ten bucks instead of a wildly silly twenty! Can’t fault this new place, inviting outdoor seating ideal for most anytime but January, friendly staff, and quite quick! Wanted to fault the jitterbug lacking that espresso bite but this is a new place, let it slide and we three enjoyed the cookie butter too. Few better ways to treat oneself!

I’m astonished by the horrible customer service they showed me. I like andy’s and i was so excited to try this new downers grove location. I paid for extra hot fudge and got the same amount of fudge as my friend who didnt pay for extra. when i asked for more fudge the guy in the pink shirt refused to give me more. he then tried arguing with me merely about the amount of fudge, all while they only filled the cup halfway too. i was letting the half filled cup slide because it was a kids size. so all they had to do was put a couple extra pumps of fudge that i paid for. to be this stingy about some fudge while its already overpriced is very questionable. I have worked in customer service before for ice cream and this behavior was shocking to see. if a customer wants more fudge and already paid for it, they should get it. there’s a lack of common sense here and i feel ripped off.

It was my first time at Andy’s yesterday! I saw the new location on Google and knew I had to try!! I went through the drive thru and a sweet young girl in a pink hat took my order outside and was very patient with me. I loved the experience but the line was very long to wait in and my custard took a while to get to me. I will be sure to come back again!

We went here last Saturday around 9pm. There were probably 15-20 cars in the drive thru. We were in and out in 10 min or so. Very organized and great customer service.

This is good old fashioned custard. Creamy smooth delicious. Nothing like a whole slice of pie blended with fresh made custard. Key lime pie or pumpkin pie yum

We’ve been here three times since they’ve opened and it’s been great every time. Super friendly staff and delicious desert options. Thank you for being so generous during your opening weeks with freebies and $2 sundaes, such a great way to welcome the community. Looking forward to frequenting in the summer.
