Every year we get a Christmas tree from Gerringers Greenhouse then head into town and eat at renos!!! Always the best service and food! Try the stuffed pizza! The mini train in the park is cute to see and go in the caboose as well! Such a cute town! Definitely a must!

I live in the area and enjoy coming to Reno’s. Tonight my husband had a pizza and I had the 6 shrimp appetizer in spicy tomato sauce with a baked roll. It was wonderful! 6 large grilled shrimp in a special garlic and spice tomatoey sauce with nice chunks of tomato. People and wait staff are very kind and service oriented. Come here for a pizza, a sandwich, some of the best Italian lasagne, fresh seafood, you will be very pleased!

I’ve seen some goofy negative reviews on here so I decided to leave my own review. I’ve eaten here several times. The food is great. The Reno’s special regular and stuffed are so loaded with toppings that sometimes it almost feels like too much (a great problem to have), the sandwiches are delicious, and the owner and staff have always been pleasant.

Placed a pickup order online. Took pizza home alone with a salad and dessert. Requested no peppers on pizza to only get home to find the equivalent of 3 entire peppers in the pizza. Being highly allergic to peppers that pizza went in the trash. Now once that was done I figured at least I have a chef salad left. Well open that to find lettuce and ham. That’s it! We have eaten at this location for years and never have we had such a bad experience. Do better.

Spoke with owner at error will be solved. Handled situation very reasonable. Will continue to support even after a mistake. Seems to be a computer glitch.

I really enjoyed eating dinner here. The atmosphere was lovely and every time I go there’s no item on the menu that I don’t end up loving. Our server Lucas was wonderful and tended to our table very well. Will be visiting again.

We decided to try Reno’s Pizza and Italian Restaurant in Gibsonville, NC for the first time. We were seated quickly and placed our drink and pizza order right away—a medium pepperoni and sausage pizza. After that, we sat and waited. And waited. For about 30 minutes, we watched as other customers came and went, picking up carryout orders or getting served at their tables.

Eventually, our waitress came over and admitted she wasn’t sure what had happened to our order. She went to the back, and shortly after, our pizza appeared. Unfortunately, it was lukewarm, like it had been sitting for a while—possibly accidentally prepared as a carryout order.

The waitress seemed more focused on a table of young men across the restaurant than on attending to the rest of the guests.

The pizza itself was okay, but nothing special. Not much sausage on it, and overall, just underwhelming. Based on this visit, it’s safe to say we won’t be back.

Best Italian in the Elon/Burlington area. It can get busy, but the service is great. Antonio and Giovanni are good men and very authentic. They also take great care of our Elon athletes/teams.

The way the “Owner/Boss” talks to his employees is horrible. I’ve noticed that they only have the same 2-3 workers the last couple of times we have came and they are always being berated. Not to mention how he speaks to and about customers. We heard him tonight say that Gibsonville has the worst residents and then cussed loudly throughout the entire restaurant about them. As a Gibsonville resident this hurt us extremely. I have never seen an Owner speak the their employees this way, or about their customers, do better Renos.

We arrived at the restaurant at 6:00pm to get a pizza. We ordered a medium pepperoni pizza. We waited for 30 minutes, patiently. We sat as people got their orders. We watched 3 tables get their pizza before us that ordered the same order as us.

I requested that the server take the pizza off of the bill. He was VERY polite. He went up to the owner to ask for it to be removed and the owner BLEW up on this young man. I sat and watched the server get obliterated in front of his coworkers and the patrons in the small restaurant.

The owner then took his hat off, came around the corner and straight to our table. He was speaking so aggressively and loud that it was almost like he was lecturing us for not wanting to purchase a pizza we never got. We weren’t upset or rude. The owner then put his hands in our face and we asked him to stop. He stated we were extremely rude and it was fine for us not to come back. We don’t want to go back.

I know if this young man’s parents seen him how he was disrespected, they would snatch the owner a new one. I would discourage anyone from eating at this establishment and discourage anyone from working with this guy. They may treat people like this in his country of origin but not in US southern states.

I will say the owner said he would take the pizza off of the bill and we could still take it but at that point, I didn’t want to eat something from this establishment.
