Lunch by the water. Delicious bbq. My daughter had the pulled pork and my parents had the briskets sandwiches! My dad loved brisket and he said that was the best he’s had! I had the burger! It’s in the Munch areas so they also had tacos arepas and coffee beer abs wine next door!

I have been craving good brisket and google suggested Fire and Smoke. As a girl from Texas, I am pretty picky about brisket and let me tell you – Fire and Smoke did not disappoint! It’s tender, juicy, flavorful and their sauce is incredible! The chunks of beef are the right mixture of lean and fatty – very delicious! Im also picky about mac and cheese and theirs is divine!! If you have ever made Tini’s Mac and Cheese, theirs is similar. Creamy and cheese – not dry at all. Amanda was kind and checked to make sure I was enjoying it, which was definitely 5 star customer service! The marina was lovely to eat by and I had enough to take home for lunch tomorrow. Definitely recommend!!

We stopped in at Fire & Smoke today for lunch when we were running some chores in St. Augustine that we stay every year when we come to the Daytona 500, and must say we were not disappointed in the food, the ever so friendly service and the location right on one of the smaller marinas. If you find yourself passing, stop by and you’ll not be disappointed in any way…. Thank you guys, keep it up!

Just tried fire and Smoke for the first time and boy am I glad we stopped by. We have visited the Marina Munch food trucks before but this one is new to me. My husband and I both ordered the BBQ beef brisket ends. It was delicious! With just the right amount of fat but not too much to worry a cardiologist. Their barbecue sauce was so good that I had to go back and ask for more. We ordered sides of coleslaw, which was a nice mix between a classic cream or slot and a lighter vinegar style. I overheard that they do ribs on Saturdays, so I guess we will be coming back soon! I wish I took a photo of our food but we ate it too fast. The location is beautiful and not your typical food truck park. It overlooks Marina and even has a bar when you come for dinner.

The pork belly burnt ends were beyond perfect. Fatty, glazed, and just a little but spicy, they went perfectly with the cornbread.

Who doesn’t enjoy BBQ at a marina? Fire and Smoke serves up delicious BBQ. We had the chopped brisket and pulled pork sandwiches. You can taste the tallow in the meat preparation. For sides we had cornbread, coleslaw, and Mac and cheese. We enjoyed chatting with the owner Mikey. Great food with a great view!

It was the best meat of my life! It’s my first time trying brisket, and I’m really glad it was here! The burger for my daughter turned out to be delicious! She ate every last bite. The guy who works there above all praise is kind and attentive! I advise everyone to stop by there!

We decided to meet up in St Augustine with some friends and eat at @fire_and_smoke_bbq at @marinamuncha . We have been looking for good BBQ for a while. Child….lemme tell you. Pulled pork, brisket, burnt ends, slaw, MAC AND CHEESE y’all, and cornbread. Oh yeah…we added on the ribs as well (forgot that photo). There was ZERO deficits. Service, speed, taste, flavor, presentation. Everything was delicious and on point. Mikey K and Amanda have done a great job and I HIGHLY recommend them!
We met Conner, one of their newest employees. He was great on the register and handled the order taking perfectly. Amanda was plating everything to perfection. Chris was on hand to make sure the fires were going and everyone was being taken care of. This business uses this location as their full time spot. There are a few food trucks that may bounce around this location but Fire and Smoke are here to stay. We drove from Fruit Cove today and I would drive twice the distance knowing that the BBQ is the quality I’ve been looking for since moving from the Memphis area. If you want excellent food with exceptional service, Fire &Smoke is where you should be.
