I don’t know what these people are talking about in these newer reviews all of the new people there seem awesome and always are super fast, I don’t think most people even know what fast food employees gotta deal with these days. Me and my family never had problems since we started going there.

me and my family went to subway and get what we normally get, one if the workers seemed kinda mad, and left the other worker by himself, this other worker seemed to be brand to working here and he the other worker left he seemed soooo confused and was a little quite but you could still kinda here him, once the other worker came back he wouldnt help the newer worker. you couldn’t here the worker who seemed mad and he would have to repeat what he said to me Multiple time since he was talking to quite. other thing I would like to say is they did not clean the knife between each sandwich, and my grandma got pepper but personally I dont like peppers and I could taste them on my sandwich, and my dad sandwich (the outlaw) didn’t have any peppers on it but my grandparent got the same thing with peppers in theirs. and finally when we got to the check out part of it we asked me LARGE drinks and got mediums.. if im being honest I don’t usally write reviews about places but this time I wanted to adress this.. honestly this is the worst experience I’ve had at subway.

The subway part is fine, but I went in here twice for a malt and I regretted it both times. The first time I ordered a large and it felt light as I was walking out and when I checked under the lid, there was more than 3 inches of space between the ice cream and the top of the cup. So I paid for a large and they gave me a medium. The second time (I decided to give them a second chance- maybe it was just the person) I ordered a small and the kid kept asking me questions about how to make it (???) and then when I left, I found the cup was not filled that time either and they didn’t even mix it— it was just a ball of ice cream that I couldn’t even suck with my straw. I love Goodrich but do not get ice cream here….to put it bluntly, they suck.

It’s 9:40. The oven was shut off. I wanted a pretzel. He was upset he had to restart the oven, my pretzel sucked. Cold butter applied, close to nothing, and no salt. Dude needs to step it up, bad service. He didn’t know who his manager was… I was a subway employee, I made sure my customers were happy unlike him
Bad service. Fire him. I would. What a waist of almost 4 bucks. Can I post a picture of my pretzel? I’m dying to.

We went to pick up some subs for our evening at Jazz on the Green. Service was painfully slow and was from a long time employee there. They have new subs and I can tell there was no training on how to make those. I got the Philly and it claims it is supposed to be double cheese and all I got was the standard 4 slices you always get in a footlong sandwich. They had to go in back to get “NEW” bread for my sandwich but as soon as I took a bite I could tell it was not “NEW” and more day old, it was hard and dry throughout. We also got the Garlic Chicken and she really enjoyed her sandwich. The staff was friendly and besides the dry bread, it was a good sandwich. Really think some training would be good and make things better there.

My family and I used to go here pretty often, but the last few times I’ve came by we’ve had terrible experiences. First time we came by after awhile there is only one person working and 2 people in line. Somehow he managed to take 45 mins for us to get our food and check out. Then we get the food and it is sub-par. This most recent time the vegetables were horrible. I should have taken a picture of the food because it looked like it was a day out from starting to mold. Actually insane how bad the quality was. The pizza was a whole other problem. Not only did the spinach look like it would have given me food poisoning, but there was a ridiculous amount of cheese on it and the cheese was starting to get hard like it was sitting out for a really long time. I’m not sure how that even happens on something they made right there and I ate within 10 mins of ordering, but it has definitely lead me to staying away from them in the future.
