Came here for Sunday lunch, place wasn’t too busy. Loved the vibes and decor. This place is perfect for date night. Loved the detail put into this place. The service was amazing and our server kept checking in and was very friendly. We ordered a pizza to share, we had the chicken Alfredo and loved every bit. Can tell the ingredients are sourced from a good quality supplier, the crust was PERFECT! So crunchy all the way through and flavourful! Will definitely come back!

Our table of 8 was provided with attentive service. The burrata pizza tasted great. We certainly enjoyed the chili crab cappelletti, linguine vongole and pappardelle bolognese – the texture was perfect. The Mediterranean salad was super fresh and unanimously delicious. The caramelle pasta was salty but the chef took note of it. Generally, the pasta portions are a little bit smaller at this restaurant comparatively to other places but they are very creative and unique and therefore, worth a try (or several tries 🙂 ) . Among the drinks, the leave of absinthe cocktail caught our attention as it was perfectly balanced. We will likely visit again or order for takeout as we did in the past.
Second visit: We ordered 3 pizzas and the Cesar salad. Again, the service by Lydia was stellar and we enjoyed every bite. See you in the new year.
Third visit: We didn’t wait until new year LOL. I had to come back for the pasta!

Came here to try their lunch and had the mushroom eggs Benedict. The eggs Benedict came with a healthy green salad including spinach and arugula topped with thinly sliced radish. Overall a good brunch dish. Coffee options were good, however, my black coffee came on the bitter side and needed to be balanced to taste with sugar. The staff were all very friendly and approachable. The restaurant was not super busy at 12:30 on a warm Saturday when we went. Music was present and featured a good energetic selection of jazz and saxophone tracks.

Service was fast, pasta was fresh, the crust on the pizza was crispy and light but somehow also buttery. The mozzarella sticks with agrodolce were fantastic. It is a very small space and very busy so it does get loud, and I did wish for a little more light as the sun set, but an amazing meal irregardless. Our server was super attentive and made great recommendations!

Acme Pizza & Pasta has that classic, slightly upscale Italian vibe — warm, inviting, and very clean. We made a reservation for two at 5:30pm and were seated right away, which set a nice tone for the evening.
We started with the mozzarella sticks, and honestly, they were the star of the meal. These weren’t your average sticks — they came out as huge golden rectangles with an incredible cheese pull that was as satisfying to watch as it was to eat. Perfectly gooey and flavorful, I’d come back just for those.
For our main dish, we shared the Carne pizza. It was a thinner slice style with a pretty big crust. Personally, I found the crust to be a bit overdone and crunchier than I prefer — it kind of overpowered the balance of the pizza. Not terrible by any means, but just not my favorite style.
Overall, the atmosphere and service were excellent, and while the pizza wasn’t exactly my taste, the mozzarella sticks and the overall experience made the visit worthwhile. Definitely a solid spot for a nice Italian night out.

Fancy Travel
The Mozzarella Sticks and dipping sauce were a 5/5. We enjoyed our visit here, but there wasn’t anything remarkable. The pizza was ok, very crispy on the bottom and crust, not to my liking. The Cesar salad was good, not great. The back room was uncomfortably warm.

We came here for our friends late birthday and we were very disappointed. His pizza came out cold and he ordered a simple margarita and the sauce and cheese was stiff like it came from the refrigerator. Our pizzas were also cold ish so it seems like they maybe forgot to deliver them when they were fresh from the oven. Crust was super dry and crispy almost like stale bread. Our friends pasta was decent… she said it was better than the pizza. The garlic sauce on the side was a joke… It was like watered down yogurt and didn’t even have any garlic of parmesan flavour. They charge $3 for a side of sauce and we ordered 4 and they were all watered down and gross. They did however try to make it right by remaking his pizza and he said it was slightly better the second time because he had it packed in a to go box and had one slice while still in the restaurant. They also brought mozza sticks on the side to compensate which was a nice gesture. They also offered a 1 free pizza coupon for next time. The customer service was very pleasant and they handled it well so I will give them 5 stars for that. In regards to the food…. Very underwhelming and lacking in flavour. Crust was not worth eating and it was literally half of the pizza if you look at the photos.

We came back and the experience was like night and day. We got pastas and the burrata pizza and it was honestly such a good experience and the flavours were amazing. The owner came to check on us several times and he was extremely friendly and the waitresses were very attentive. We got mozza sticks on the house and they were much better than the first time. A good crunch and the cheese pull was amazing, topped with Parmesan and the tomato side sauce was great. Burrata pizza was such a pleasant surprise because the dough had a nice crunch and the sauce and toppings were delicious. Truly such a different experience compared to the first time. The limone pasta was so flavourful and didn’t have such a strong lemon kick, which was exactly what I wanted. Very cheesy and rich. The chili crab cappeletti was also great with strong seafood flavours. The sauce on that one was 10/10. The only issue we had was with the beef mezzelune; it was too dry and lacked some sauce. I would recommend to add more sauce to all the pasta dishes in general, but flavours were on point.

My friend and I have visited here twice recently and we’ll definitely be back soon. The only thing better than the food was the service. The menu is surprisingly varied and you’ll definitely find a few things that aren’t in every other restaurant.

The pizza was incredible – super thin crust and baked in a real oven, just perfect.
The staff were very polite and friendly, and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant.

Pretty good food! The only complaint that I would have, is the Saporita Pizza was a tad on the salty side. I would highly recommend the Lemon Pasta though! It was fantastic.
