My second visit in two days. My very first was the evening before. The food was perfect! The flavor was spot on, it was fast and served hot, and still so by the time I got home/back to work.
Off of my first two meals I think I could eat there everyday if I could.

Had a wonderful experience going into the newest location of firehouse subs, not far from where I’m at which is awesome. I’m so glad you guys have a location closer to Buffalo now. Keep up the great work guys!!! Amazing food as always!!! Will definitely be recommending to fellow family members and friends!

I usually like firehouse subs, but we were one of two customers in the place (the other was served right after we ordered) and it took them half an hour to get us our food. 4 people working, no one seemed concerned. Subs were slopped with sauce more than any other Firehouse I’ve ever been to, so they were a disappointment on top of that

Stopped in for dinner. There were 4 Employees inside, 2 on break, only 4 customers inside. (me being the 1st of the 4) Order placed at 6:18 it’s now 6:48 and we’re still waiting our sandwich. Had to request a refund as the employees rather joke around and could care less about getting food out quickly. 30 mins waiting for food that doesn’t have to be cooked is crazy!

Been to this location twice since they opened (mobile ordered). Both times we ordered my partner got their pickle spear on the side but I didn’t. Sandwiches were kinda thrown together and they were really stingey on the toppings. Aside from the mediocre food, there is no Coke freestyle machine with the signature cherry lime drink, so we will continue going to the Transit location even though this one is walking distance for us
